Cakehead Reviews

Ref order no. 3072. From the initial call to the lovely and helpful Nancy, who took my order and guided me through the delicious vegan options, to the safe delivery of the pack of 3 varieties of vegan brownies, packed with care and attention to detail, we were thrilled. My vegan husband was very impressed with his treat. Definitely recommended and I will be ordering again in the future. Thank you, CAKEHEAD!

Absolutely scrumptious bakes ! I had the indulgent box and I can say they didn’t last long!.
Very fresh , great size (not too big) super tasty and excellent customer service
Highly recommend!

I ordered the Vegan & Gluten free mail box hoping to try something new and exciting. I have a gluten allergy and I'm always looking out for new things to try that cater to my allergy.
The Vegan & Gluten Free box contains brownies (Which were overly dense and thick with every bite, not in a good way. They were not great brownies and I wouldn't want to try the gluten free brownie box because of this.)
Nutty Boost Bar (which was overly dry and okay. I eat a lot of nut bars but these were just okay and nothing special)
Caramel shortbread which was the only redeeming factor about this box.
With how rare it is to find gluten free deliverable treats I wouldn't order again from here and have been left disappointed to be honest.

I ordered the gluten-free box for my niece to cheer her up after a medical issue and she was thrilled with the delicious goodies received.

I was hugely impressed from choice available, ease of ordering and the ongoing updates regarding how the order was progressing.

So impressed I ordered again!

For what it's worth I would thoroughly recommend this company.

The brownies from Cakehead are certainly the best I’ve had anywhere. They are truly well made, unique in variation and simply rich in chocolate! They are well packaged, neat and well presented (making a lovely gift) and arrive quickly. I highly recommend Cakehead brownies.

Ordered two boxes for wedding dessert table guests loved them great service arrived on time fab will order again thank you again

Fantastic company arrived on time well packed and was kept up to date on delivery.Brownies are gorgeous will defiantly be using them for all my gifts from now on.

Sad times befell our family and soothing cakes needed to be sent...the cakes that suited my daughter-in-law were in a box marked 'HAPPY'
I phoned customer services to request a change of sleeve to 'HUG' (One of their other selections...not suitable for recipient) I was petrified that this would get lost in translation.
Well that box was delivered perfectly...I had also ordered two more boxes for birthdays, had to change one of the delivery dates...and keep one as originally selected. Again, this could easily have failed...
Both boxes perfectly delivered.
Good communications from courier.
Cakes looked great and were well recieved.
Marvellous all round !!

I was introduced to Cakehead’s wonderful brownies for a birthday present a few years ago. I’m not following a gluten free diet but I was amazed at how delicious their Gluten Free box was and had to try out other brownies from their range. I love the approach to packaging them up in batches of 6 to retain freshness. Because the quality is so great I soon started gifting these, they’re such a great way of gifting to friends and family are located away from home. Some of my loved ones now associate these as a regular tradition of mine and look forward to receiving them on special occasions. You’ve made my gifting options a lot easier and I’m getting lots of brownie points (sorry!) in the process. Fantastic customer service and delivery options too. One of my favourites.

Not just a brownie….these are Cakehead brownies but oh so much more than just a brownie. The taste, texture, packaging, customer service are all outstanding. They went down a storm in our office. Too good not to order 😃

Absolutely fantastic service from Cakehead. I have been buying their vegan/gluten-free brownies as gifts for some time now and they are always a big hit with the recipients. Truly delicious brownies! DPD sent a recent gift to the wrong depot, meaning it wouldn’t arrive on the right day. Despite the error not being down to Cakehead, they sent another box direct to my friend so she could enjoy the delicious brownies on her birthday! Above and beyond 5 star customer service. Thank you so much.

Ordered twice from this company.ordering is so easy.arrived well packaged & when it said it would.inner packaging is pretty.the cakes inside were so delicious.can’t decide if flapjacks or millionaires shortbread is my favourite.this will be my go to for cakes every time.

Fantastic!!! Brownies are OUT OF THIS WORLD. Bought double choc Belgian brownies for my family and it went down a treat, soo tasty! Highly recommend. Cannot believe the low price for such high quality brownies!!!!! Will be ordering from here again!

Placed my first order with Cakehead the other day and due to the length of my daughter’s uni address I couldn’t place the order. I called and spoke to Becky in customer services and she advised me on how best to proceed. She then looked out for my order and made sure the delivery instructions were passed on to the delivery company. 24 hours later my daughter received her surprise box of cakes and has done nothing else but tell me how delicious they are. Will definitely order again. Thank you so much for all your help and great customer service

Excellent. I bought these for my Great niece to celebrate the birth of her baby boy. She and her partner enjoyed every single morsel. They were moist and melted in the mouth. Thank you for making her treat so special.

Received my order the day after ordering. Beautifully and carefully packed. Taste delicious!
Excellent customer service from Becky who adjusted my order just as I wanted. I will be back! Great job Cakehead! 👏🏻👏🏻
