Cakehead Reviews

What a fantastic company, great next day delivery and fabulous product. Would recommend to anyone looking to treat yourself or buy for someone else.

Thanks x Janinex

OMG not only are their products insanely tasty but their Company ethos is great. Cakehead helped us last year with a charity event to raise money for MacMillan cancer research. They sent loads of free samples and even a member of staff to help sell the products. All staff commented on how amazing the cakes were and I purchased 3 whole boxes to bring home and share with family / friends. Sadly my wife got hold of them and they ended up in her school staff room!

In summary, a great company with great products and a great moral compass. Looking forward to reaching my target WeightLoss so I can order some as a treat.

I purchased the gluten free vegan brownie box for my boyfriend's birthday and was so pleased with the quality. People were fighting over the delicious crumbs! The team were also so helpful and considerate. I would highly recommended.

Lovely Christmas selection box. The orange brownie was my favourite but the cherry one was also very good.
Great value and loved by everyone who tasted them.

Brought box's for a number of our clients and accidently over ordered! They were great and the clients liked them too! Well done Cakehead!

I am so glad i found Cakehead, found them by chance looking for a little extra gift for my dad for just after Christmas, I cannot recommend them enough , amazingly delicious brownies , very indulgent so if you looking to treat yourself or someone else highly recommended i know i will be back for more.
Also the packaging for the Brownies is beautiful, there is so much attention to detail ,so much thought has been given so that the cakes arrive in great condition ,it's really special inside and out , so so happy with everything . Definitely will be back , a gift for any occasion.

These cakes are stunning. I have received one as a gift and got one as a dessert alternative for gf and vegan dinner guests. Beautifully presented and delicious…. v reasonably priced too. Thank you Cakehead

Cakes are absolute lush and the customer service brilliant. I look forward to treating family and friends to these gorgeous delights again in 2022. Thank you.

I ordered a couple of boxes as Christmas gifts. Recipients were delighted with them and loved the presentation.
I contacted customer services with a query and received a very friendly and prompt response.
I'll definitely be ordering again.
Thank you! :)

An amazing discovery through a friend and wonderful cakes too! Their service is exceptional, caring and prompt. I will definitely buy future products from Cakehead. Thank you for sorting everything out for me and so quickly xxxx

My fiance got some brownies gifted at work and they are delicious 😋 very fresh and well presented, worth the money.

WOW!! Where do I start. A first class service and product. We have been blown away by the speed and professionalism, not to mention the amazing product and presentation.

We were let down by a non-responsive supplier with only 8 days to go before Christmas. Cakehead dealt with our large corporate order quickly and we will be returning.

WELL DONE TEAM CAKEHEAD *****

Thank you to Cakehead who donated to our recent charity auction at UK German Shepherd Rescue, helping us to raise vital funds. Please remember to support businesses, who give back to the community, as a thank you for their kindness. And what marvellous letterbox cakes they offer - what a great service.

Excellent customer service, creative packaging, amazing brownies. I ordered the Vegan Gluten Free Brownie corporate gift boxes. My order was turned around within 48 hours, including a branded sticker with my company logo and a handwritten note to each of my clients. Very happy me with very happy clients.

Absolutely amazing company.
Efficient. High quality product and great service.

An amazing box of brownies and shortbread millionaire treats was waiting for me when i went home. The cakes not only tasted amazing but this amazing company helped SSDR raise an amazing £6000 in there charity auction by donating this box.

Oh wow, where have these been all my life! they are the best brownies I've ever had!! Fantastically well packaged (so they dont get squished in transit) and in a fab box - what a brill present I just bought myself :)

As the saying goes......"I'll be back"

I ordered a box for my son and his girlfriend at uni. There was a problem with the delivery going to the wrong address but I really couldn't fault the customer service response - prompt, friendly and empathetic. They reshipped without me having to ask and when the package arrived everybody loved them. Really fantastic company, I'd recommend them to anybody and will certainly use them again!
