Jose has been a tremendous help for me when I needed help on Cal.com.

I like the interface at cal.com, and whenever I needed to make changes or updates, Jose has been able to make them and made sure what I had was perfect!

Cal.com has a great product if you are either an individual/small team or looking to use the API (with low volume).

I began using cal as part of our agentic scheduling workflow for managing cold email pipeline. The API has a rate limit of 120 requests/minute and once you hit it, instead of giving you a warning, they just turn off your account. And they do not provide any context as to why.

It took 5+ support messages, and DMing their team on LinkedIn/X to get my account re-enabled and getting context into what happened.

We spend about $600/mo with cal and the support we have received does not reflect that.

So to summarize: if you're using it with low volume, it's a great tool. But if you're looking to build with it and use the API with any sort of volume, you will struggle.

So far so good. I've just started.

Brilliant. Integrates with our AI agents perfectly. Allows our phone agents and chat bot agents to book customers in and get the job done.

Cal.com has been a great pleasure to use, it is a great service if you want to build a custom booking solution.

The api docs is clear and the support team is great! I am using the European version and so far so good!

The only thing I would add to the docs is a bit different endpoint for the EU version, but the support team was there and helped me, so it took a bit of time, but nothing dramatic :)

Great customer service

There is no customer support. If you have an issue and try to use the chat, you get a message that says "the team will reply as soon as they can." You get the same message when you email the support team. Hours later on a weekday during work hours, I still had not heard back from either chat or email. This is totally unacceptable for a paid account. Really shocking.
