DREADFUL customer service, go buy elsewhere

Vickie at the Cala development in Killearn was so unbelievably helpful and personable today (04/10/26).
She was able to inform us not only about the development itself but also provided a great deal of information about the wider area - amenities, public transport etc. A rare experience these days to find someone so professional and friendly!

Meg showed us around the lovely show homes and provided us with really good information and was able to answer all our questions.

Our son bought a Cala home at Aurs Meadows and when we visited the show home we absolutely fell in love with it. We hadn’t thought of moving however the sales team of Jenny & Lizi talked us through the development and we decided it would suit us. We spent a lot of time with both Jenny & Lizi and their professionalism is outstanding. Unfortunately we won’t be proceeding due to changes in the Cala specification however I cannot recommend Jenny and Lizi enough and if you are looking to buy a Cala home at Barrhead you will be in exceptionally good hands.

The wonderful team especially Philippa. She is kind and patient. When I have any problems she explained clearly and help me to solve it. You should pay her more!She is an outstanding guy in your company.it is worth to provide her more salary.

Visited the Lathallan Grange site. Meg was really helpful and cheerful. She gave us all the information we needed and suggested which house type might best suit our needs

Brilliant experience with CALA Homes – David & Ian

My partner and I have just bought our first home with CALA Homes and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience we’ve had.

David, the Sales Advisor, and Ian, the Builder, have both been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. As first-time buyers, there was obviously a lot we didn’t know, but they were always there to answer our questions, explain things and make the whole process feel really easy and straightforward.

What has stood out the most is that their support hasn’t stopped since we’ve moved in. They’ve both continued to check in with us to make sure we’re settling in okay and that we’re happy with everything, which has genuinely meant a lot to us.

Any snags we’ve had have been dealt with incredibly quickly, and both David & Ian in particular have always made sure things are sorted rather than leaving us waiting around.

It’s clear that both David and Ian really care about the people buying the homes and take pride in what they do. They’ve made buying our first home such a positive experience and we honestly couldn’t have asked for better people to deal with throughout the process.

A massive thank you to both of them — they’re a real credit to CALA Homes! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a really positive experience with James at Cala homes Staggs Farm. From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, patient, approachable and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process.

Buying a home is a big decision and can easily become stressful, the team always made us feel comfortable, listened to our questions and never made us feel pressured.

Although circumstances meant we ultimately decided to buy elsewhere, we wanted to leave a review because of how well we were treated.
