I spent a lot of time researching and trialing HR and Time Attendance software for our small but busy business (10 employees). Calamari is a joy as it's so simple. It has sophisticated features (that offerings from larger companies do not) but the system is still so easy to use. Electric clocking device works well. The team and company are fantastic - very helpful. I have a lot of experience in software engineering, software design and user experience - this was easily the best HR software I could find.

We've been using calamari for over a year now, and their proactive approach, automated clock-in using beacons, and other really nice features for leave and time management and reporting really makes managing this completely effortless!

Calamari is easy to use from both the admin and user side. We can easily set parameters for different levels of employees based on years of experience or the area they work in. It would have been great if it is able to integrate with time and shift management in Microsoft Teams.

Months ago, we scoped out our requirements for a PTO management tool. Calamari checked off every box! Coupled with outstanding and responsive customer service, we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

A system perfectly suited to our needs. It allows us to quickly recognise the holidays of our employees. The calendar is very clear. The system for accepting vacation requests is instantaneous. I highly recommend it.

The Calamari team is first and foremost amazing! They did a wonderful job of training, answering questions, and trouble shooting any issues we may have had. The Software itself is super easy to use. The set up was simple and we were very shocked to see that Calamari really did think of everything. We are a smaller company and our "Standard" policies are different from a larger company when it comes to time off requests. It was very easy to edit and set up the rules. Also the reports are great for HR to keep track of.
