Great product
Fast & great service.
Shame the product wasn’t packaged. A shipping label was stuck on the box. It was a gift so this was disappointing as I had to throw the box away& give in a bag. Would have been nicer to gift in the original box.

Quick response to charitable request on line. Quick delivery & the spirits were great. Served as festive refreshments at a charity event following recipes on the website. 2 bottles used as a charity raffle prize.

Make your purchase at a shop or not at all
We ordered & paid for a bottle of Caleno on 8th December. On 10th December we received a package with the correct address & order number, which did not contain what we had ordered and paid for. Instead we got a huge box of antibacterial wipes. It has taken a lot of time and energy on our behalf to sort things out and we still have not received the correct order or had the incorrect order taken away. We have been told it's our responsibility to contact Yodel & sort out the collection of the incorrect order. We contacted Caleno immediately when the incorrect order arrived. We are still waiting for the correct order to be delivered over a week later. Needless to say we will not be ordering from Caleno again.

Caléno dark and spicy
Caléno dark and spicy is one of my favourite drinks since becoming sober. I just love it! I have tried a lot of different alcohol free drinks and nothing comes close to this for taste. And thank you to Ellie for a lovely message with my drinks too, such lovely customer service. I will be celebrating my first year sober with one of these!

Brilliant products taste like alcohol…
Brilliant products taste like alcohol without the hangover at a great price, especially with promotions!!
We like the light, gin substitute...daughter likes the dark, rum substitute if you didn't know you'd think you were drinking the "full fat " versions.
Good communication for delivery of items.
Used this company on several occasions and would definitely use again!
