Scammers
Scammers, Avoid, Avoid!
Worst Customer Service ever, they will trap you in and your monthly bill will be two or three times more than what it should have been.
No portal for changing your forwarded numbers and you have to change it by sending them email and make a payment of £50 for any little thing.
other providers have a portal and you can change everything you like immediately by yourself online and for free.
if you want to switch to another provider, they demand £100
Absolutely disgusting :(

Hi Reza,
I am sorry to hear that you have received a negative experience with us.
I have looked through your bills and they are correct so I'm puzzled as to why you believe them to be wrong. You can always contact our billing team to discuss your invoices should you believe there to be an error.
Please contact me on 08000 14 14 14 and I will be happy to explain your invoices and our charges to you.
Kind Regards
