As a small business who managed 70 contractors and now we manage 210 contractors a year, and 3 full time staff, Camelo has been a massive life saver for the varying types of contracts we get months and weeks in advance.

For us the biggest hurdle has been to confirm that our varying contractors and employees are aware of our upcoming posts. With Camelo having access to the app on iOS and Android tablets and phones, as well as computers, we just post the work available, and don't have to worry if they received the messages. Instead they either commit to the contract or not. From the admin side my management team can calculate the contractors pay tier and easily calculate the profits and losses within the contract.

Camelo has helped us expand our business model and has given our clients an in to know who are our subcontractors commited to the project.

All of the features that you need to be successful are available to you. Its so much more than scheduling; there is a chat feature for employees, client management and even the ability to run reports.
If ever you need help or have an idea for improvement, the support team is accessible and receptive to feedback.

Schedule updates and repeating/updating shifts week to week are simple and easy to manage. The company has been very responsive to user requests and in the several months we've used the tool we've already seen improvement. Areas that need work are notifications, managing multiple schedule locations and the poor mobile performance.

As a fairly new user to a time management app, I found it easy to understand. Any help I needed was addressed very quickly.

Writing and managing schedules is easy and the learning curve is short for those features. I like being able to copy schedules easily from week to week.
