The experience after winning their Canon R5 MKII Bundle has been truly seamless with the prize delivered to me within a week with regular updates given about shipping.

They were also incredibly apologetic about mistakenly forgetting to pack a lens included in the prize, massive shoutout to Sherralyn and all the team for the hard work they do in bringing joy to many people.

I've been playing now on & off for a least a couple of years and been lucky enough to have a few wins that were sent out on time so I can defiantly recommend this website. They have all the top gear ranging from camera bodies, lenses, printers, and lots of other changing accessories from leading brands like Canon, Sony, Nikon & Manfrotto to name a few. There a friendly knowledgeable bunch who obviously enjoy what they do so if your into photography and you would like to win some new gear its defiantly worth a punt. Have a go like I did as you never know, you've got to be in it to win it. Brilliant compitition site for anyone into photography.

The website is super streamlined and all the detail on the competitions is really clear, you know exactly what you stand to win, what your odds are, and when it will be drawn, regardless of tickets sold. They update you on prizes immediately and were really responsive in getting mine to me. The live draws online are great too, as you can see real people running a real business that has loads of engagement from photography enthusiasts.

I had no problems making the purchase of these raffle tickets. There are a great choice of prizes on offer.

The competitions are run by a local camera shop D H James, based in Wells - Somerset, where the service is always friendly & helpful.
I have purchased several items of camera equipment from them over the years because of the helpful & knowledgable staff, and it is good to support local independent stores.

While some people are born winners, I most certainly am not and have never been. Whatever the opposite of lucky is - I am that, to my marrow. When I purchase a lottery ticket or raffle ticket, I consider myself a donor to the cause and nothing more. Still, it's that sliver of hope and statistics (someone has to win) that will get you.

A few years ago at the Photography Show in Birmingham I ran into the Camera Competitions crew. I had seen the competitions advertised before then, but of course, thought it was a scam. Since seeing the team in person, being re-assured, and hearing some of the winners stories, I've bought tickets semi-frequently since then.

I've since won some online points, tickets etc. Nothing physical. But not nothing, I suppose. While most of the reviews are likely to be from winners of more substantial prizes, I think it's only fair to add a consistent loser to the mix. While I might unendingly be a donating to someone else's prize (and happiness), the team always seem very authentic and the competitions likewise. There are sometimes winners watching the live-streams which is always nice, and out there somewhere is someone who has spent a few pound and ended up with something amazing. One day perhaps I'll join them. If you're reading this, more likely you will, so why not try?
