Camera Resale Reviews

Very good experience with Camera Resale. I sent them a list of kit I wanted to sell, they gave me a quote and sent me a paid Royal Mail Label. I sent them the equipment and as soon as they had received it and checked it they contacted me with an offer, which I gladly accepted and they paid me the same day. Brilliant.

Excellent service, good prices and swift payment. Highly recommended.

Quick & fair! Requested and got their quote online. Shipped it for free. Got paid quickly

Very simple and personable process. They kept me informed on what was happening and next steps. The process of selling old cameras was very easy.

This is a superb company. Super efficient processes, good values, payment received immediately after final confirmation of condition. Exceptionally nice, knowledgeable and helpful staff to deal with. Highly recommended.

I was very pleased with the quote for my old digital camera. The process to send my camera to Camera Resale was simple. The communication with them was excellent and payment was made to me very promptly. Very happy.

Absolutely first class experience from start to finish . I dealt with Louis who was phenomenal at answering emails .
They made me a really fair offer which they honoured when they received the cameras and equipment and payment was made the same day . And they paid the postage and collection cost.
No hesitation in recommending them to anyone with a camera to sell !!

I had a number of old cameras that needed moving on as part of decluttering process. I wrote to Camera Resale with what I thought was an honest assessment of my cameras.
Camera Resale were very prompt and courteous and gave me an offer straight away.
I packed the cameras well and stuck on the pre paid sticker. Within a day they replied saying the offer stood and I received my money the next day.
I would recommend Camera Resale.

Efficient and easy to use system. Friendly communication.
They were the fourth company I approached, the easiest to deal with and they offered the best price. Payment after I accepted the offer, was quick. Will use again

I was going to send my camera equipment to recycle when I found this website. The process was very easy and I commend Louis for his professionalism in making it so, the items were collected from my home free of charge and within 2 days I received the payment quoted.
I would recommend anyone who has camera equipment they no longer use to get in touch with Louis

From first contacting the company through to receiving the payment for our unwanted camera equipment, the service from Camera Resale was excellent. Louis kept in touch regularly, in a courteous, helpful manner, fully explaining each stage and with detailed information about the collection process for the cameras from our home. So refreshing to receive such great customer service in this day & age.

Initial contact was by using the form on their website, attached photos and descriptions of all the equipment I had accumulated whilst clearing a relative's house. Had no idea if anything was working. Received what sounded to me like a fair estimate so used their Royal Mail service to send the items for free the following day. Two days later I received an email confirming the estimated price which I accepted and the funds were in my bank account the following morning. Overall, a very easy and stress-free experience.

Excellent customer service, efficient and reliable

Great service from start to finish—quick, efficient, and really friendly. The whole process was incredibly easy and hassle-free, with clear communication throughout. I also love that they give you the option to donate to a trusted charity, which makes it feel even more worthwhile. What’s not to like!

I found this company reliable and easy to deal. Very happy to found this company. 😊

Trustworthy and reliable service. Kept informed by e-mail every step of the way. Offered good price for the camera and sent a pre-paid label. I was honest about the condition (good) and working order (fully). No quibble once they received it (unlike other companies)
Would fully recommend and Louis was especially friendly and helpful
