Phil was very helpful. I provided our caravan details and he sent links to a variety of awnings with information & prices for each one and the size required. We wereable to pre order with a small deposit and the arrange delivery months later when the season started. Not pushy at all, just very helpful, competitive pricing & excellent support with answers to assembly questions after delivery

As a caravan first timer I found Campernation Very helpful throughout my purchase, quick delivery service, competitive pricing and very knowledgeable.

Very poor customer service
I rang twice to check stock nobody replied
Ranng 3 times about times about the order eventually got an email saying the awning was out of stock replied to email asking for a call back again no reply. Eventually got the awning.
Definitely won't be back and won't recommend to anyone

Competitive price.. quick delivery. Ordered on Monday, delivered the following day.. to N.I. All of the other “big” online camping gear retailers I checked either wouldn’t deliver OR they wanted to apply a ridiculous charge for delivery to a BT postcode. One as high as £13.. for a wee small box!! (awning roof liner.) They can GTF, Still UK folks.! 😊 Highly recommend Campernation. Thanks guys.

Phil was great advising at what would fit our vehicle , i had so many questions as I needed to be sure of what my needs were and he was just so helpful. Got the awning and annex up and fitted perfectly and so snug to vehicle . The delivery was only 2 days which was amazing

I recently bought a Dometic NRX 90V Compressor Fridge, after a discrepancy in the delivery date this was swiftly sorted by Maxine, (thank you) the fridge was a replacement for a faulty dometic 3 way, the size was a near perfect fit a minor bit of trim adjustment, the fridge performed excellently on 12v, it has lots of space,the freezer was great for ice creams and making all important ice for the drinks, I have no issues giving the fridge and Maxine 5/5 top job.

What a fantastic company, customer service second to non, fast replies to email queries and very fast delivery, Phil who i dealt with could not have been more helpful, just a great company to deal with, easy 5 Stars from me.

I recently purchased a Camptech Atlantis DL from CamperNation and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service.

From the very beginning, Phil was incredibly helpful, offering honest advice and guidance weeks before I even made the purchase. His knowledge and willingness to help really stood out, and his response times were always impressively quick.

Once I placed the order, delivery was exceptionally fast — arriving within just 2 days, which was a great bonus.

There was a very minor issue on arrival, with one plastic foot slightly damaged. However, this was handled brilliantly. Phil responded immediately, sent out replacement parts straight away, and even included an extra goodwill gesture, which was a really nice touch.

Overall, the customer service has been outstanding from start to finish. CamperNation is a fantastic company that clearly values its customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
