Worst place to be at. Absolute scam!

We were long standing clients of CampK12 in the last module of a program. Our son was carrying out his course when CampK12 suddenly stopped due to financial challenges. We waited patiently for updates and eventually sent multiple emails which went unanswered and requested a refund to no avail. Their app is no longer functional, all calls go unanswered and last email just to request copies of our son's certifications as he has worked hard to gain them. Still no response. We are deeply disappointed by what had taken place and essentially the lack of empathy for your clients. It is especially saddening when children are involved.
I tried setting the date of experience in trust pilot, but the furthest date I could go back to was the one I eventually selected. The major challenges however began in Februafy of 2023 and then they began communicating financial challenges in April 2023.

I wish I could rate lower than 1 star. They are frauds like other Indian call centres scamming the people in US and Europe.

Beware they ran away with my money and only gave 7 lectures out of 48 !!!!

The teacher who used to teach for them was not paid by them tooo !!!!

Fake, cheaters,unprofessional, lairs,.they said they will start my daughter class in April.since then no one answer my call.and now I received email that classes are over.

This the worst service ever , they are scammers. The classes were not provided fully, the teacher slept off in class. For the same subject , there were 4 teachers changed in the same month. They give false promises. The referral scheme is the biggest scam.

This company has bad work ethics! We have a payment method with them but after first payment they only gave my son 2 lessons and the rest were canceled by the instructor! Now told them I'm canceling this service but they keep begging me not to cancel! I told them to cancel with tabby so I don't look like I owe them then they stopped answering my emails! This was last years August 2022 now a year later tabby thinks I'm still owing camp K12. This company is run my criminals and scammers stay away!

As long as the classes were ongoing, the instructors were good though the customer service was very bad. I has paid full amount for 4 modules just after april they stopped the classes and were supposed to start. Classes were not started and no reply/ not working anymore from the customer service numbers. During sign up I was promised refund any time I decide to withdraw my son. very bad business ethics and customer service. Very Very unhappy.

They r big big fraud.we enrolled 2 of our kids n paid in advance.now since April they stopped classes n disappeared. No response for any emails. Plz be aware of them..i pray that they go to hell n stay there forever for such fraud and big los of money n trust.

Big time scammers. Took money in advance and disappeared suddenly in April. After that the CEO e-mailed few times promising to get back with a refund policy and its been 5 months and nobody is responding anymore. Be careful as they are still into business and trapping people.

Anshul Bhagi, Co-Founder/CEO sent us email and said that they were not able to keep their business, and they took our money and run away. But they
are still taking money from other people. I am going to sue CampK12. All victims should file them to the court as well.

My daughter was enrolled in their session and was doing good. We have paid the money by instalment every month and suddenly received an email due to required staffs. Now, they are absconding with the money. Never trust them. No response to the email and phone calls too. Hey, be aware of this and lose money to these kind of online class fraud.

Mr. Anshul Bhagi (CEO) of Camp K12 has been absconding for more than 3 months. He has made a fool of so many parents and above all small kids who were learning from Camp K12. Camp K12 stopped the classes all of a sudden after taking full payment with a promise to start the classes in sometime as they secure funding. Now they are not responding to any emails. Do not trust them at all.

Looters & Scammers,
Don’t enroll your kids in these classes. Simply they will take your money once & then garbage classes or no classes, customer service will vanish after the enrollment.

This company is a scam! The sales team chased us until we paid then took months to allocate a teacher for coding. The teachers were not qualified to teach a 13years old and changed 3 teachers since start, every 2 sessions and between new allocation of teachers 2-3moths passed by of us chasing up for new teacher. One of the teacher marked lessons completed when they faced connection issues and had not engaged in the lesson atall. After 9months only 7lessons were completed however 12were marked and when we requested for refund as they were not able to provide a new teacher to complete Shamshadul & Roshni apologised and promised to resolve the issue. The offerd a new course instead and it's been 2months since this promise and we've been emailing to get a clarification and no response. Worst customer service and unqualified teachers. They don't care about the impact it has on the child's learning with the huge gaps and frequent teachers changed. Absolutely non responsive. Don't reccomend atall.

CampK12 took over $3000 and ran away.
If anyone paid them through PayPal within 180 days, you should dispute the claim and PayPal can make them refund to you.
You may also make complaint to BBB USA since they also have a company in US.

We are happy with the Camp K12 , my son is enjoing it and so far he had attended over 170 classes and learned a lot.

They were on time , scheduling was never an issue , we were getting calls notification if teacher or my son late in joining class

It has stopped from April 20 due to financial trouble but i hope they come back

It was doing well. But suddenly suspended the classes. Our money gone...

If there was a 0 star, I would have picked that. We were promised that we could sign up for a year (104 classes) and would get a pro-rated refund if it did not work out for my daughter. My wife has been following up with them for a refund of the balance of classes, after my daughter attended 8 classes. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY.

We found the teacher snoring whilst the class was going on. We taped it if anyone wants proof. Good money wasted.

Fraud. There teachers do not have knowledge about US curriculum and when requested for refund they go silent. I am waiting for over 6 months.
