We are very disappointed that after using twice the bottom of one of the end panels has ripped at the bottom on both sides and the weather was fine. Even more disappointing was Camptech attitude to warranty. You have to deal with your retailer only for them to be told its not covered. I asked if I could purchase a new end panel and was told no only given a repairers details which would be at our cost. Will not be buying anything else from Camptech.

Can't actually review there product as I never recieved it. Between them and their 3rd party sellers. I bought an awning £800 on Tuesday I was told it was dispatched Wednesday and I'd get it Friday which was great as my new caravan was being delivered Saturday and we had a lot of work to do. I found out on the Friday it had only been despatched and wouldn't get to me until Monday. I asked if I could collect from the sorting office. I spoke to DHL which they said was absolutely fine. So I was preparing to travel over an hour to collect. To then recieve a phone call because they "forgot" to send the poles with the awning! There excuse was " were very busy atm and we're making mistakes" sham of a company.

Camptech Ontario 390 air awning, used for 2 nights by previous owner, put up by ourselves recently, leaked like a sieve, upright tubes would deflate and roof collapse, ( looks lovely when first erected) worst piece of caravanning equipment We have ever bought,

Bought an eleganza seasonal awning in april 2018 - full size for twin axle caravan, have only used this for 2 full seasons and for 3 months last year.started to use again from april12 th this year - noticed last year white streaks appearing down side panels ? - at the first sight of heavy rain on 4th this month it started to leak through the roof across full length of awning - know of 1 other acquaitance where this has also happened - having to replace immediately - so in my view not fit for purpose - should get around 6 seasons from a reasonable awning - would not touch there products again

i brought a camptect awning in 2016 but sold our caravan with the awning and the only problem we had was it had ripped near the entrance where the pole goes through.
we then purchased another one in 2018 and used it seasonal(up for 6 months) when the year was finished the colour of the roof( light grey) had run down the sides (dark grey) so i contacted them and they asked if i could send pictures, we did this and they said that they would collect it and clean it.
They did but you could still see the colour on the sides, i was then imformed it was my fault as whatever i had on the caravan roof had run onto the top of the awning.....load of rubbish as the products used on our caravan wouldnt do this, after speaking to a awning specialist i was told it was poor quality on the roof and it should of be sealed, so it wasnt our fault and any excuse so they didnt have to replace it, im now looking for a new one (size 21) but not sure what one to purchase....

Don't buy absolute rubbish had a cayman awning didn't last two seasons about 8 weeks use in total started with roof colour bleeding into side panels then leaking and now the roof panel material has just gone rotten may as well be made of cheese it would be stronger

Camptech Savanna DL Awning was such poor quality it did not even last One year, the roof colour was dripping onto the lower panels and eyelets were tearing away at the poor quality material, we asked for a refund but no way were we getting our money back.
The retailer offered a replacement which we did not want and after a court judgement and a visit from bailiffs we still did not get any money back, we had to accept the offer of a replacement awning which took weeks to arrive.

Just purchased a new Savannah DL from Awningbargains. We are so pleased with the quality especially when you compare it with other makes being sold a far higher prices. The service and advice from Awningbargains was outstanding these guys really know what they are talking about.

Bought a Starline 390. On the 3rd occasion which was its 10th night erected one of the tubes exploded and blew a hole in the awning rendering it useless and totally wrecked. The awning was erected by the book and was absolutely not over inflated. I have Emailed Camptech and as yet they have not even had the decency to acknowledge me let alone offer any solution. As far as I am concerned the awning was faulty. Make you own mind up whether to purchase a Camptech awning but bear in mind that their after service appears to be none existent.

Ignore the bad reviews. We bought a size 14 Kensington Air Awning and we put it up for 6 nights in what’s been a sunny yet windy weeks. The quality is outstanding, we had a complete of questions so we called Camptech direct and they were exceptionally helpful and professional. We received 5 star support from Camptech and our Kensington Air Awning is a 5 star awning! It’s sturdy, great quality, easy to set up and take down and definitely beats other air awnings on the market in every way!

Excellent quality awnings, far better than others in the same price range. Material is lovely, the new full size air awning is simply stunning and quick to erect.

Poor quality, took ages to arrive and customer service are RUDE.

Bought a Kensington size 12 from Awning Bargains. I can't complain. Easy to setup, easy to use and spacious. Would recommend.

Purchased camp tech 390 air dream delux awning, not cheap .looked nice and seemed good quality but what a total waste of money .lasted for 5 weeks max ,the hot weather expands the tubes until they burst and it wasn’t over inflated at all .every tube had gone ,camp tech offered to replace the tubes at a cost which would have nearly equalled the cost of the awning , despite being just over a year old camp tech customer service was appalling .not interested at all and all they kept saying was it’s over a year old so it’s not there problem .after 5 uses we binned it ,poor quality awning not fit for purpose and camptechs attitude was awful .avoid this product and company would be my advise , total waste of money and they really don’t care about customer service

I have found the camp tech product I bought to be excellent.
I have also found the aftersales team to be simply fab..
They are lovely and helped me out of a self inflicted pickle with true professional conduct.
I would highly recommend and will definitely use this product again and again.
Great team.

The air tubes in my parents awning burst in the hot weather, they replaced them free of charge. 10/10 for customer service.

We bought Camptech Cayman brand new in March last year and put it up on our first spring weekend trip just to find out that there is a tiny little hole in the roof area, but we didn't bother too much as there was not much rain water coming through and for the price we paid for it we thought we can fix it our selves with repair kit included. Unfortunately our happiness and self confidence did not last for long as the awning start to thorn apart in some places on our second escape for 2 weeks in mid summer and the 3rd break for a week in September. We have been in touch with customer service several times by phone, email with photos and even in person face to face at Motorhome and Caravan Show in Birmingham where they have their stall every year at National Exhibition Centre and we end up with nothing. After just one season we cannot use this awning anymore as it is already in bad nick and it can only go worst and we feel totally ignored by their after sale service. So here is my advice, if you want to buy cheap one season stuff then buy the cheapest garden gazebo from Argos and then put it in the bin at the end of your holiday with no regret. Be smart and avoid this company.
