Registration was done on time, inquiry was answered, no issues.

The company did not read my request properly. I paid for a 2 hr service. And did not get a proper report for a few days. They also did not respond to emails. A full day passed and I had to place a live call. They also did not read my response back to them which was detailed. Even though my query was for sole propriety, which I had also originally stated, they still took my $20.00 and did not comply with the 2 hr turn around. I had to reply a few times after we pivoted; for them to understand which name I needed the search for. I did not appreciate having to make a call in order to have the agent reply back a day later. I placed an order on March 4, 2026 and received the proper finished order on March 6,2026. They should have refunded. Unethical.

Update (March 22,2026): After posting my review, I received a response. However, after following instructions to call them for a refund, I got no response to my call. And no refund.

Update (March 24, 2026): I had to call in again this morning for the refund they offered above; as no one returned my call. The agent asked me to copy this review and send it to them with my order number. This just goes to confirmation of how my original order was dealt with. It is exhausting to have to do this.

Took $500 from me to do a name search when I didn't need one, and was simply trying to register a sole proprietorship with PEI. I was shocked, afterwards to find out that they appeared while searching PEI government website. Very frustrated. Feeling ripped off
