Hi Zubair, thank you for taking the time to write. Twelve years in office administration, plus cashier and data entry work, is solid experience, and it's worth putting at the top of your resumé, even if none of it was in Canada.

Just so it's clear: Canada Job Centre is a free job board. We list openings from employers across Canada, and when you apply, your application goes straight to the employer. We don't hire anyone ourselves, and we can't influence an employer's decision. Most of the employers we list need applicants who are already allowed to work in Canada. For many of them, an LMIA or a valid work permit is part of the process.

A few things that might help:
- Use the filters to find jobs that don't need experience or a degree.
- Set up job alerts so you hear about new administration and data entry openings as soon as they're posted.
- Write each application around what that job asks for.
