Order promptly received and shipped. A much cheaper price than US, affordable whereas US was not! Easy order process. Much better than having to go to Mexico, highly recommend this company.

Over 4 weeks and still not shiiped
I ordered my prescription on September 19, 2025. It has yet to be shipped out. I have contacted your support team by phone, email and by online chat. All they could tell me”we will send you an email once it has been shipped. They could not give me any information about the hold up. I mentioned if there is a problem, please let me know. They only said it is being processed and an email once shipped. Taking more that 4 weeks to ship (if they ever ship it) plus another 4-6 weeks in the mail, is not a good business behavior.

Order process seems fairly easy. Except the order process does not work! No matter how many times I entered my echeck information the system would not process the payment. My bank said there was no indication that a payment request was made by Canadapharmacypro. I finally went to another Canada pharmacy and everything worked fine.

Not getting your medicine
I ordered my medicine on September 10th 2025, Today is October 4th. The medicine has not been processed yet!!!! The order # is 10005553. I have called.4 times and chatted with someone else online!!! I keep getting. Told the same thing!!! They say that the pharmacy will.be in touch with me and there is not a supervisor that I can talk to about it. I have left messages on your answering machine.and no one has called me back at all!! I have about 20 days of my medication and then I will be out!!! I have no idea what is going on but I am just before contacting Canada.Fraud and filing a complaint.
