Would give 0 stars. Worked for the company and many clients said they were not able to get support after signing up. Felt bad, the platform is great but the expert support is lacking.

Beth and Justin were so punctual in responding back by email. It was (is) impressive and looks very professional on their part. Justin was very helpful in giving me guidance and advice, which was reassuring. Beth did an excellent job writing my Business Plan. It was very professional but at the same time easy to understand, not complex writing or crazy unimportant details. Laid out so everything is seen clearly. Thanks Canada Startups!

I had an excellent experience working with Beth and the Canada Startup Company team on my business plan and Pitch Deck for Comfort Care by Avi LTD. From the beginning, the communication was professional, responsive, and supportive. Do not bother. I expressed interest with them and as soon as I did, the calls and emails started up. For weeks I received multiple emails a day as well as phone calls trying to push me to sign up. When I finally did spending $583.52 CAD, the phone calls and emails trying to get me to sign up stopped. I received an email stating that I would be set up with an expert shortly... which never happened. I tried calling them to only get their voicemail. I naturally left a message, but never received a return call.

Then the emails started informing me that I was about to miss out on grants and that I should hire someone to create a business plan, which of course meant paying more money. Made several attempts over the months to reach someone, left several voicemails, but I still have yet to receive a call back. I even used "their Ai" assistant, which is not truly Ai and can only help with a handful of questions. Once I reached the short end of them, It tells me that an expert will call me shortly, which I only received two replies out of five queries to the most simple questions.

I would call them to try and get my money back but I know exactly what I am going to get. They have several 5 star reviews on Google, but I am going to assume that they are fake accounts. If you look elsewhere, their reviews are substantially less than adequate. I should have listened to them.

Update: I finally started getting responses from them only after leaving a one star review. Then they decided to leave a one star review on my business's google page in a very juvenile and unprofessional tactic to get me to remove my one star review on their google account. WARNING!!!! This is the way these guys conduct business. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
