When I first sent prescription to Canadian Prescription Drugs last year it was very easy and service was great. Since trying to send a new prescription since December customer service has been outrageously terrible. They say they haven’t received a prescription from my doctor. Had to send it 3 times. Still haven’t received my order since they supposedly sent it almost a month ago. (Feb)
They are quick to take your money . Still no sign of my order now March 17th.

This company is a fraud! Do not buy from them. Charged us $370 for a RX that was never delivered and then would only refund $300 of the charge. Handling costs were not refunded. What a scam! I asked for where were were told that hnadling charges were not refunded and they said you were never told that....ridiculous. Notifying AARP so that take them off their list

UPDATE, my medicine was held in customs. Called and sent information that customs sent me. Within 3 weeks I had my Eliquis.

I got what I ordered on time at a price that is a small fraction of what a local pharmacy charges in the USA.

I placed an order on 11/7/25 for $71.69. I contacted the company several times to inform them that I had not received the order. Finally, on 1/5/26, they stated they could resend the item, but only if I repaid tariffs and administrative fees. I informed them that this was not my fault and declined. I then requested a refund, but they would only offer a partial refund of $57.99. They refused to take responsibility. I will never purchase from them again.

They will charge you administrative fees on top of tariff fees adding up to almost $40 per order. Waited 8 weeks and shipment never showed up. They claim it was returned to them and they want to charge another $40 in fees to send it back out when you already paid these fees. Zero refund offered! Will never use Canadian Pharmstore again. Be warned. Fraud company.

I did not recieve my order. they tracked it with royal maiil and it said it was delivered but it was not. tried to talk to customer care about the situation and they were no help. their tracking said it was delivered, but there tracking said it went to a post office in the united kingdom and then 15 minutes after that post office checked it in, it said it was delivered in the united states.

So thankful for a Pharmacy that makes my Blood Thinner affordable. Very friendly people when you call. Always working to get you what you need. I placed my first, 90 day supply order in August, 2025. It arrived promptly and I am taking the medications now. And I can get my refills by going to their web site and placing my order online.

I did not recieve what I ordered. When I tried to return nobody got back to me.

Unbelievably great price for Apixaban as the generic Eliquis ($72.00 vs. $$1,774.00 for Eliquis through my Medicare Part D carrier for a 90-day supply). Easy website to use and delivery was earlier than the window period advertised. I shall be a customer until I reach my finish line.

Price will, of course, rise due to the world-wide tariffs being imposed by our "Idiot-in-Chief".

Like the other reviewers - the cost, customer service online and by phone are excellent. US insurance wanted $450 +/- for 30 day supply of Premarin (no generic) and I pay $150 +/- for 84 tablets (28 days x 3 month supply). Checking my Breo cost and it is one quarter the cost with my AARP/UHC plan.

I have been using this mail order service for about 14 months; my husband for 18 months. We both have very expensive rx in the US. By this store, we are able to get generics and save about 75% each. No problems with the rx; approved by our specialists. Service is kind, patient, and drugs arrive on schedule, occasionally early even. Very glad to have found them.

Been a customer for 2 years. Ordering is so
easy. Drugs always arrived within shipping window. Telephone assistance is very good. I couldn't be happier with this company. I have dealt with one other company, (think lower price) : big mistake, poor service. Can't say enough good things about Canadianpharmacystore!!
