I ordered from Vancouver Seed Bank at the beginning of April 2026. Their website clearly states they ship within 7 business days, but my order sat for over 3 weeks with no update. When I finally called them, they blamed “high demand.” I told them I wanted a refund.
Only after I asked for my money back did they suddenly “find” my order and ship it — a full month after I paid.
I received Gorilla Glue + the free “buy one get two” pack they were promoting. Out of all the seeds in both packs, only 2 germinated despite following their recommended method. I’m still hoping those two are actually Gorilla Glue and not something random.
I emailed them afterward with questions about the germination failure and replacement guarantee. It has now been weeks with zero response.
This used to be a go-to Canadian seed bank, but the combination of broken shipping promises, extremely poor germination, and complete radio silence on customer service has killed any trust.
Save your money and look elsewhere (I wish I had). Will not order from them again.

I’ve ordered from CanadianSeedBank.com multiple times now and they’ve exceeded expectations every single time. The selection is top-tier, with a great mix of classic genetics and hard to find strains you dont see everywhere else. Shipping was fast, everything arrived in perfect condition.

What really stood out to me was the germination rate, with a 90% success, which speaks volumes about the quality of their seeds. Premium genetics and a smooth ordering experience, this is easily one of the best seed banks in Canada. Highly recommended.

UPDATE: Seeds finally arrived, a full month after I ordered them. Still not impressed with the lack of communication.

So I posted last week that I have not received my order after a month, and my emails have been ignored. CanadianSeedbank replied, asking for my order number and stating they could look into it. I edited my original post to include this information, which they already have in my emails, and no response. Here it is again. Order Number 11657.

I've been purchasing seeds from various seed banks for years and I can confidently say that CanadianSeedbank has the fastest shipping I've experienced. I received my order in just a few days, and all seeds were in perfect condition. I plan on ordering another bit bigger order once these germinate. 5 stars

CSB has a real good selection of seeds, the prices are competitive, and they often run promotions and discounts for larger purchases. Their discrete and secure packaging is second to none - in my opinion. I appreciate the value I get for my money. The genetics I have tried are superb, and the flavor and potency of the buds are always outstanding. I'd very much recommend the Swiss Miss or White Rhino.

I had a minor issue with my order, but the customer service team at Canadians Seed Bank was incredibly responsive and resolved it quickly. Great service, and the seeds I received were healthy looking and plump. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

Had a few questions before making my purchase and the customer support team was responsive and knowledgeable, although it did take 24 hours to get back to me. Each seed came looking healthy, was well-packaged, and ready to get into soil. Quite happy.

I appreciated the detailed information provided about each strain on the website, including THC/CBD levels, growing difficulty, and expected yields. It really helped me make the right choice. My 10 seeds came this week with 2 bonus seeds, laser etched string bean seeds, some stickers and stationary. Excited about germination and extremely happy with what I got.

Would recommend CSB. 165$CAD worth of seeds and had 14 females from 22 beans. Regardless, this will be one of my larger outdoor grows I have ever done. The plants look so pretty, very smelly and are close to harvest. Will be buying again next year.

Ordered and paid then they said they didn’t get the money. Sent photos of my bank statement showing payment. Took weeks to get them the. Less than half germinated. No reply to emails. No support. NEVER BUYING HERE AGAIN!!!!!! Total garbage 🗑️

Rec'd product as ordered. Did not get a shipping notice or receipt, however, it did arrive within 2.5 weeks of ordering and included a fun sticker as a gift

No communication. No tracking. Nothing.

This place is a total rip. They claim their seeds are feminized and you pay extra for them, and they are just regular seeds with over half of them male.

I have forwarded this site to the OCS and RCMP asking the question on how these scammers are allowed to operate.

Wish I read the reviews here first before I bought 3 different kinds of seeds. I even tried to right a review on the Canadian seed bank site the side would not let me. Not one sprouted from my 10 pack. Very disappointed also ordered white rhino and the same thing none sprout. Order bc sweet tooth and finally got 5 to sprout. What a waste of money should have spent my money on brand name seeds that are Guaranteed to sprout.

I ordered on feb 4,2021. I received no confirmation, order number , actually not one email. Contacted the website by the company email and received nothing. My order showed up Feb 27.
Honestly thought I got ripped off after all that time without any contact .
Just a thought , maybe send some correspondence to let people know what’s going on

Not sure about all these bad reviews, one definitely was bogus lol being that I too asked for fem'd seed and the rep said they don't sell fem seeds. Anyways, here is my story I bought 100 bulk beans of White Widow and 110 came in the mail about 6 days later to me here in Iroquois Falls, Ontario. The Strain was a AAA - AAAA in quality, they did really nice indoors - 98% germination, 10 bonus seeds certainly made up for that! All in all I had to chop 28 males, but made well over 450 clones from the girls I had left. My friend and I will be splitting and growing out the Pink Kush next for our outdoor grow this year. Just an email or a chat away CanadianSeedBank.com has always been responsive to my emails and inquiries and my go to source for seeds. Europe and the US are notorious for stale beans, slow delivery or customs problems. That is why I keep it Canadian, and have never had problems since. 5/5

Once sent no way to recover if you get ripped off.

The back reversed the payment after it was accepted at the other end.
