I have 12 years of extensive experience in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) within the construction industry, including high-rise building projects. Throughout my career, I have worked in various positions, including Safety Officer, Safety Supervisor, Safety Engineer, and Safety Lead, with different companies and construction projects.
My responsibilities have included implementing and monitoring HSE policies and procedures, conducting site inspections and risk assessments, managing Permit to Work systems, delivering safety training and toolbox talks, investigating incidents, ensuring PPE compliance, and maintaining safe working conditions in accordance with applicable safety standards and project requirements.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with your company.
I paid **USD 29** because your website clearly stated that I would receive:
* A consultation with a qualified Canadian immigration consultant.
* An assessment of my qualifications and guidance on the most suitable immigration program.
* A personalized immigration plan with a complete explanation of the application process.
However, after making the payment, I did not receive any of the services that were advertised. No immigration consultant contacted me, and I was not provided with any assessment, personalized plan, or explanation of the immigration process.
Instead, the only communication I received was an attempt to persuade me to pay an additional **USD 700** for your registration service, without first delivering the consultation and guidance that I had already paid for.
Based on my experience, I feel that I was misled, as the service advertised for USD 29 was never provided. I therefore request a **full refund of my USD 29** to my original payment method.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate it by filing a dispute with my payment provider and sharing my experience publicly through review platforms so that others are aware of what happened.
I sincerely hope you will resolve this issue professionally by processing my refund as soon as possible.
