My husband has registered with Canapprove ( CRN No: CAN/205645) for an Employment support LIMA program, through which they will arrange a confirmed job offer with LMIA which suits his profile and work permit in 8 months’ time, the total cost for this will be 25000 CAD. Although we raised many concerns regarding the gentility of the program, they convinced us that their partner Veronica Moye is an IRCC lawyer. Meanwhile, after reading Canapprove's negative google reviews my husband frightened it to be a scam and hesitated to pay the money. But the Canapprove sales team convinced us that they will refund 100 % of the payment if they failed to bring the offer in 3 months. Hearing this, I compelled my husband to pay the huge sum of money 12000 CAD. After the payment they stopped contacting us and till date we did not receive any service or a single phone call, an e-mail from their side regarding the updates. Every time we have to make many calls, we need to send many reminders for them to respond and then they will come up with some excuses saying that they are waiting for the updates. Being fed up with their attitude, we requested for the refund, but they made us believe that they are facing some issues with their present employer and if we pay more money, we will get a confirmed job offer in 1 -2 months with another employer and asked us to upgrade for 35000 CAD, 45000 CAD, and 50000 CAD and so on. After our continuous calls and emails, they came with another story that they are facing fund shortage so refund is difficult. At the same time (September 2022), their processing executive Shalini came up with an offer saying there is a pre-approved LMIA job offer for 57000 CAD and that if we get that we can directly apply for work permit and within 4 months we will reach Canada but we will get it only if we upgrade the contract with another 3000 CAD. Even though we hesitated to proceed, we made the payment because we received an email from Canapprove CEO Mr. Binoy stating the same and added that everything will happen in 10 days or they will refund 100% money back. After the payment, the same story continued which I stated above. Same loop is repeating for the last 2.5 years. By the end of March 2023, we got a bankrupt notice for the fund we raised for Can approve, My husband tried to convince the Canapprove team about the same and asked for a refund as there were no positive response and we lost trust with the Canapprove team. At last, on September 2023, the processing executive Midhun said that our file has finally moved to the refund department with Haripriya who is sitting in Thrissur office. But from there we got another story that they are going through serious fund shortage and they are many people like us for the refund waiting for the last 2 years and CEO Binoy said that Canapprove will not refund our money CAD 15000 ( 9.20 Lack INR) because it is with a third-party. Till date we didn’t receive a single call, job interview, Job offer, LIMA under my husband’s name and so how Canapprove cannot refund our money which is in their hand for almost 2.5 Years. Each time when we requested for the refund, we went through a series of fake promises like profile with Ontario employer, LIMA is under process, Alberta employer, pre-approved LIMA option, employer is facing issue, government delays and so on. Due to these reasons, we feel that we were being cheated from the day one for our money and we do not want to proceed at any cost, with any another fake promise like job offer, LMIA, work permit. So I request any one from the Canapprove team, who read this please support us to get our money, . If necessary, we can arrange all the call recordings, emails, what’s app chats, invoice copy, contacts

Worth not a single star, When they receive money no phone calls from anyone, if you check with your case manager they joined in another company

They got 5L from me for a process and promised me that they would return my amount if there are issues. It's been more than 2 years since I requested for refund, but they don't even respond to my emails and calls. We paid the amount by getting a loan, we are still struggling to pay it back. They might say I am not registered and this is a fake review. This is a genuine review and I can show all the documentation.

Worst Experience ever. They say they t legal company, but this legal term is for their own benefits only. They don't work on ur application after receiving payment, & neither do they refund. They just send statement of refund telling us to sign, without payment! We r cheated too! Everyone who r cheated by this company lets join hands & report it to the police. I have all the proofs about how they cheated us giving false information & using cheesy language.

Not even deserve a one-star rating. They don't have any knowledge regarding work permit applications. It's a wait of time and money. Please don't fell into their trap.

Dont trust on this Cheaters. They are fraud. They created fake good review everywhere to trap innocent people. Very bad service.I paid around 80000+ for Canada pnp 2 year back.During that 2 year they were not applied for any pnp for my profile.First time when we approach them sale ppl will tell lot f opening u can try for pnp blah blah..After getting money no service nothing...only to loot money.I applied in Bangalore canaapprove
