At Canna Power we offer high quality hemp and CBD products made and sourced ethically and responsibly. Our CBD range is wide and diverse, including cosmetics and beauty products, raw cooking products and off the shelf edibles such as gummies and chocolate. We also carry very high quality CBD & CBG oils and vapes in various strengths and volumes. Our story began in early 2019. I found my self in a well-known health shop looking for a natural pain relief solution. No one could explain how CBD could help me... Later that year I was in a similar situation, this time the shop I was in just didn’t feel welcoming. I understood that the use of cannabinoid’s is very limited due to lack of professionalism. We set up our first shop in March of 2020 and started providing high quality products, information and service to all our customers.

Disgusting customer service and products made for tourists
Disgusting customer service and products made for tourists, the worst I've ever experienced from a 'specialist' store. I got scammed into buying a 'cheaper and better' own brand product in store, and was refused a price difference refund because it was in-store prices not online prices and continued to argue with me regarding this. Their products are made from hemp, hemp cbd is NOT cannabis cbd and therefore quality is very poor despite all the claims on the website. Avoid these tourist trap shops. Web search Medicinal Cannabis Clinic UK to find legal THC and CBD Cannabis products for health benefits.

DISHONEST
I was charged £20 for a CCELL battery when on their own website they are selling it for £9.
Judging by previous negative reviews, which I should have read before popping in – that was my fault – it seems to be their standard practice.
Their replies to those negative reviews are that they provide advice and lots of information, but they didn't even give me any of that, because I had my own cartridge which can be screwed into only one type of battery.
I'm a neighbour, not a tourist, and even if I were, that doesn't excuse the price difference. You have been, or maybe you are, dishonest.
I would rather have given that difference to charity, but sadly this time ended up in the wrong pocket.

Had a great experience here today. have visited the canna-power stores before but never made a purchase previously.
Spoke to Imaad and Tali today who were both extremely knowledgeable about the products and knew exactly what I needed. Friendly, professional, and efficient service from both!
The product recommended was of excellent quality and met my expectations, would definitely come back in future.
