Cannaclear gypped me out of 2g of product, but would not add it to my next order, as per my request. Instead of making it right, which is what any decent business would do, they lied about scales being off, and jars 'not being standardized'. I sent them photos showing the jars and the weights. There was no denying my evidence. But nope. Can't make it right. Not for 2g for a repeat customer. What a bunch of fools. Can't do decent business anymore with the losers populating this country. Do not give these losers your business. Their low prices are great, but they could care less if they screw you over for any reason.

I hope Cannaclear goes out of business. With poor service and no concern for customers, I predict they will. DO NOT USE.

Item never shipped after a month. Email was sent to support asking where my product was. Generic boiler plate robot response was sent back saying they were having shipping delays and it would be on the way soon. Wait a week or so and tracking number was still stuck on ‘label created’. Had to go through a bunch of hoops to get a refund. Do not deal with this company! You can get a way better deal elsewhere, with labs that aren’t fake and fast shipping. They seem to get a lot of positive reviews but many of the forums that discuss their product are heavily astroturfed and shilled.

I have used CannaClear twice now, First for THC-O, and then for the Δ-8 terpene infused distillate. The shipping took around 12 days for the first order, but the second order was placed on a Thursday, and was then processed, shipped and arrived the coming Monday. Maybe not extremely FAST shipping, but certainly more than reasonable. As to the quality of their product, that is where CannaClear shines brightest of all (the ONLY reason I'm not deducting a star for poor customer service/lack of transparency on their website regarding shipping times) and I'm more than satisfied with both of the products I've purchased so far. I'd say the quality of their goods far outweigh any of the negative aspects you may experience while dealing with their customer service department, and 99% of the time you wont ever have to anyway. Most if not ALL of the negative reviews I've seen so far have to do with their shipping or refund policies. As far as lack of transparency regarding shipping, I totally agree. They list their shipping times as 3-5 days from order, and then on their "contact us" tab they list it as 5-12 days after PROCESSING, and specifically ask customers not to contact them until it has been over 2 weeks since their order was placed. Since my first order falls under the second category, I was a little frustrated to say the least so I can totally understand leaving an angry review/ comment if you expected a package within 5 days and then didn't receive it for 2 weeks. However, some of the comments have to do with their refund policy, which they ARE totally transparent about on their website, and really should not reflect poorly on them as a company, in my opinion. Overall 4/5 but I'm giving them 5/5 because of the top notch quality of their products and their exceptional prices. They are without rival, and are about the only serious option if you're seeking hemp derived cannabinoid extracts or isolates online.

Items were ordered, the site is real, the company is real, but the service is beyond poor. Don't expect any communication on shipments that are delayed. I've had shipments sit in "ready to ship" status for over 3 weeks. When I contacted cannaclear support after the first week all I got was a generic message and then no follow up. After 3 weeks I gave up and asked to have my order cancelled. Let's see if they cancel it.

I was a regular customer with Cannaclear and recently I went back to the store to place another order. I was demanded a copy of my photo ID to proceed and decided that this intrusion of privacy would not stand. I will not shop with this company if they choose to work with systems that have no concerns for my privacy.

I have ordered from cannaclear several times and only had one issue in which they promptly addressed. The quality of thier delta 8 flavored and non flavored distallite is top notch! Also always seem to get a bit more than th 20-40 grams I have order at a time as well!

I heard about cannaclear from a friend at a party. He had LINES AND LINES of delta-9 smokers waiting to hit his delta-8. I asked him about it because I know nothing about delta-8 and he told me he was getting it for $1.00 a gram and I DID NOT believe him. so I ordered 200g of their distillate on Monday and it was at my house (rural Minnesota) by Friday. I’d say that’s pretty fast shipping. I don’t smoke so I’ll never know how good it is but everyone I know loves it! P.s. my favorite part is it comes with a very long letter written for law enforcement agencies explaining how it is 100% legal so if you get pulled over with it the cops shouldn’t have any problems.

Great company, great prices with great products. Way better than many many other companies I have tried within my 4 years of consuming! Not to mention the yrs of actual cannabis consumption before that, this brand is definitely one to stick with. 1 problem within well over 1000g & next day already had it resolved!

Never shipped order, wont refund money, refuses to physically get out of a chair and look and customer service has lied about 5 times in a row. Refusal to refund as policy is stated and seem to be making up rules as they go. If its a few bucks, give them a try they used to be great but do a google search first and if youre spending a large amount make sure you can afford to lose it,

So there shipping was fast but there customer service is TERRIBLE. I got the mini terp jar and smelled good but tasted like straight chemicals. Have messaged them multiple times about it and nothing. Scam.

Got a delta 8 breath spray from cannaclear, and it didn't do the job at all. As in the bottle asserts that each spray is around 30-36mg of delta 8, and my normal edible dose is 50mg, So I gave the ol bottle 2 sprays under the tongue. After 2 hours.. nothing. I decided to give it another spray just to be certain, and again. Nothing. As a control I had the wife try a spray, shes a total light weight and normally 10-20mg is enough for her. She also had no affect.

Confused I reached out to support. Told them the above, and told them I really would like to send this stuff back, and get a refund/replacement. I know that's not how it works, not like they can re-shelf it, but it was more to show I wasn't aiming to just get a freebie from them, and perhaps they can figure out what happened to this batch/shipment.

their response was that "using some products sublingually can take some experimentation sometimes". And some canned apologies, saying they can't take opened product back. And then they stopped responding.

Given how popular this company is I'm honestly taken back with how bad the customer service response was, and the product. I'll never give this company my business again and I highly advise everyone else steer clear.

Ordered from them several times all went well. This most recent time my product never made it to me. They place all the blame on the usps but in my experience with other cbd company's, usps only confiscated the order if the order was packaged badly or missing proper paperwork for law enforcement (ran into this problem with cbd henp direct in the past, but they made it right and sent me new product). Although cannaclear may not feel responsible, seeing as I'm a consistent customer I figured they would at least help me out somewhat or replace my product but instead I get email basically saying it's not their problem. There is a myriad of cbd and delta 8 company's out there that handle their packaging and customer care much better than these guys.

got 60g for $108 it came in 8 days
ive been taking dabs and it tastes like plastic but it does give you that d8 high it says 94.7% d8thc it comes in a clear jar and its clear af it has a weird stringy consistency and hard to the touch harsh smoke but it came thru yknow so ill definitely come back in the future just cuz its so cheap
