Canvas Factory Reviews

Usually perfect but this time one of my canvas prints had scuff damage or missing colour in one area near the corner.

A beautiful canvas
The canvas picture is of a high quality with exceptional detail and clarity.
The packaging for shipment could not be faulted. The canvas had been wrapped in multiple layers to prevent any possibility of damage.
I appreciated being kept informed by the Canvas Factory with regular email updates from departure to arrival. It arrived on the day it was expected

Website is easy to use. Prints come out great & speedy delivery!

Excellent product and quality, good prices, fast delivery, very happy.

Very happy no bad experiences quick service and good quality have used canvas factory a couple of times and had zero problems. If they think the picture doesn't look right on the canvas like two smaller pixels for such a big canvas they contact you which is amazing.

Canvas factory produces a great product quickly. They keep you informed along the process and they package your work in such a way it arrives in perfect condition.

Helpful quick response. Great product fast deluvery

The canvas picture was lovely. Thank you for protecting the picture because your courier threw the package marked 'fragile' over our locked gate and left it outside until we found it on the ground.

Extremely prompt service, production & delivery. Extremely well priced. I had taken a punt that my concept was going to look any good and it came out perfectly 🤩🥰 I had elected not to have a designer involved and luckily I did ok! 🙏

Staff were so helpful getting my low res picture edited to a standard I wouldn't have thought possible. Highly recommend their service. Super happy with the finished result

Good quality, Cheap, Quick

On two different occasions I ordered large canvas portraits from this company. First print was very professional so I ordered a second one a week later. Both with heavy promotional discounts. If you provide a high quality image the print will come out nice on large size canvas. Luckily canvas factory raps the prints in bubble wrap and cardboard box because both delivery times the mindless courier just dumped them outside and didn't ring the intercom. I would suggest slightly thicker cardboard for protection. Other than that the prints are beautiful and put together well.

The canvas looks great and the service was excellent.

The whole ordering process was very easy and seamless. The quality of the print was exceptional. It is a photo from my husband’s past and he is delighted!

Streamline and fast consistent. Tis a little expensive but wont stop me buying. It woukd be nice to see offers on the corrugated iron . A good product

Pleased with colour, exactly as it was. Canvas a little loose maybe.
Overall very good service.
Regards Carol.🤗
