I'm giving 2 stars because I had several issues with my order. The first order had the wooden frame broken and the canvas had consequently some wrinkles which I tried to fix myself with no success. For this reason I contacted the customer service which has been great, quick response and immediate replacement. However, when I received the replacement, the picture was clearly modified and different from the first time; its brighter and it looks fake. On top of this, unfortunately it was again full of wrinkles, showing no care at all on the installation of the canvas to the wooden frame. This time I'll just keep it like this because I'm tired of waiting and contacting the customer service, but overall I'm disappointed with the order.

The product had slight shipping damage…
The product had slight shipping damage on the side that I was going to live with even though I ordered the best quality they offer. Then then hanging hardware on the back was not installed properly and that broke. Would not use them again.

H-D memories. The picture to the canvas was crystal…
The picture to the canvas was crystal clear. The different options for the sides were awesome. Really looked good with mirror sides. Size options and Portrait option was nice feature also. This was a project for someone I know that had a garage fire. I used a picture of his motorcycle that was a total loss, to display it in his new garage. It is just amazing how it turned out. Ordering was easy and received it fast.

Firts Time User - Looks Good!
Both canvas prints came out well enough to the submitted originals from our travels. I was unsuew about using your color/editing features, so we submitted cropped and re-balanced images using our tools.

The picture was perfect
The picture was perfect! But the frame was not straight, the hanger clip was not installed properly and there was a silicon button on one side but not both side. Attention to detail was not achieved.
