To anyone outside the United Kingdom: DO NOT order here!

I have been charged twice shipping costs (back and forth) plus customs clearance costs for a total amount of more than 55 euros for a dress that I returned.

You pay for air here.

PS: I had to wait more than a month for delivery.

I ordered two bikinis as I wasn’t sure on which shape would suit me best, and I’d seen how stunning they looked on Instagram. Arrived quickly and didn’t disappoint however as they’re quite expensive I decided I would only keep one. I packaged up my return and sent it back, a couple of weeks passed and I’d not had confirmation they had received it or my return processed so I sent an email to them. I’ve had no response I’ve followed up twice more and still nothing back! This is between March- June so several weeks have passed. I would just really like my refund as it is a lot of money but not getting any response!

*Edited 02/06 after receiving the response on this original review I sent an email to Ellie direct and this was sorted within the hour! I think the issue was I was replying to the info email and I don’t think they were going through for some reason!

I decided to treat myself for my holiday, and wow — what a stunning bikini! The quality and fit are absolutely gorgeous. I initially had to exchange the top for a different size, but Ellie was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’m also eagerly awaiting my pre-ordered Grace dress — sadly it didn’t arrive in time for this trip, but that just gives me the perfect excuse to book another holiday (and pick up another bikini!). Highly recommend!

I wish I could give them 10 stars! ✨ I’m beyond impressed with the quality, the product and mostly the team and service. I ordered last minute, late in the evening for an event 3 days out. I also made an administrative error typing my address by accident because I was in a rush. 🤦🏻‍♀️I was so scared I wouldn’t get the order on time. I woke up the next morning to get an immediate notification that the shipment was sent out first thing. Following that multiple emails from the team and the owner herself reassuring me of the updates and that the package would make it in time. I really appreciated this level of care because it really helped calm me down. I am so impressed with this team. As a small business they cared to make sure everything from product to experience was perfect, cannot wait until my next order!! PS the FYA dress is unreal. Thank you team Capala for making me best dressed at my event!

The most gorgeous, high quality swimwear I have ever tried. I ordered lots of items for my holiday from various luxury brands (Adora, Grace Jacobs etc) and Capala's quality was just unmatched. I have NEVER felt more confident in a swimsuit!! Honestly one of my favourite suits I have ever bought and got so many compliments. The customer service is also 10/10. When I has questions about sizing and express delivery the responded with in the hour! Can not recommend enough

Just got my dress it’s so stunning and comfy. Great fit and the print is as insane in person as in photos. It also got dispatched quicker than expected thanks to the customer service. I was in such a rush to get it and they were so on it and so so helpful!!

I have placed on order and received a shipment confirmation almost a month ago, but the delivery service is still waiting to receive the package from the sender. After numerous attempts to receive an update from the company, I still haven’t received one and am still waiting for my package… would not recommend to order here.

Ellie's designs have made me feel so beautiful and the originality and thought behind it make it that much better. Each piece is made with so much attention to detail and hug you in all the right places. She is unmatched. Best swimwear brand out there.

Bought one bikini after searching for ages for something that was high quality, interesting design and a flattering cut without breaking the bank. It took a while but so glad I found Capala, ticks every box and is so flattering and comfortable. Have worn on holiday in the pool and sea and still looks perfect, can’t wait to buy more from this brand!
