The service was misleading. The person responsible for deliverables was unprofessional. I wrote a whole letter explaining my situation and the items I need. In addition, the person asked me to talk about my case. Every time I explained an item, the person response with insults and “it is not our job, we don’t take these cases”.

The best $29 that I have spent so far on my issue. Attorney Francisco Lopez called precisely at the arraigned time and had obviously reviewed the information that I previously uploaded. He gave me several suggestions and advice on what my options were going forward. If I do go forward with litigation I will strongly consider using Cape Law.

A request for Writ of Wage Garnishment document ended up taking over 9 weeks (payment for services took place on 8/22, didn't receive documents until 10/25) to be completed and officially released to me, when it should have taken 2. The lawyer was fairly unresponsive after payment was taken. She composed the document, had me approve it, but needed me to give her some additional details such as address and names of individuals. That portion was supposed to be turned around immediately (as I had given her the information through email the next day after her request), but instead, it took almost a month to insert some names and addresses into the document and get a final release of the $500 worth of documents I paid for.
I had to follow up multiple times as I was running out of a personal deadline to fill the paperwork with the courts. When I tried to explain that in the multiple emails I followed up with, the lawyer took it as I wanted her to file the documents with the courts and she tried to charge me even more money!
This whole process cost me time and money by the time the final documents were released back to me. The company claimed there is a 'known' glitch in the system that some clients can't see released documents on their accounts and that they had 'released' it to me earlier (on 10/4) than the date I ended up getting set to me by email (on 10/25). IF SUCH GLITCH is known, the lawyers should be following up with their clients with a simple email saying 'documents have been released, please access your account to make sure you can view them'. Why is an email so difficult to send until such 'glitch' is resolved permanently?
I requested a partial refund for the inconvenience of this supposed glitch and the lack of response for the multiple times I attempted to get the lawyer to respond, but was completely ignored by the company.
Not to mention, the documents ended up being given were wrong and missing certain key calculations and information that is needed to order to make sure the interest rates were reflected properly. I had to spend time copying all of the documents that were in PDF form into Word to change the language to cover my butt to make sure I was going to get the proper garnishment amounts.
By the time I submitted the documents to court, I could have completely started getting the defendant's wages garnished. Now, I have to wait another month during the holiday season when things move even slower with the courts than normal.
This company lacks the ethical duties and mindset to respond with their clients in a timely fashion and to perform work contracted to them within the estimated timelines projected. Additional 7 weeks? Just inexcusable.

Darleen Harris accepted the call for the strategy session, everything pertaining to the issue was uploaded and available for review prior to the call. During the call she emails me separately requesting the same information previously uploaded, I submitted again. Ms. Harris has not responded with anything. I sincerely fee like this is used as a ploy on those in situations to get money with no actual work performed. It seems more suited to call this a scam.

Terrible experience. The first appointment was a no-show, yet they marked it as if a call had taken place. I had to reach out to reschedule, and in the second appointment, the lawyer hadn’t even reviewed the files.
I’d recommend reaching out to lawyers directly instead of using this service.

This sounded like a failed robocall. The phone rang at almost exactly the prescribed time. I picked up, but no one was on the other end. I called (609)681-2995 back immediately, but received no answer.
I cannot rule out that this was a mere technical glitch, but I was available, answered, and received no response. At this point, I would appreciate a refund of the $29 fee. If I could ever get in touch with an attorney in NJ, I would appreciate assistance with collection efforts in a breach of contract civil case. Thank you for reading.
