The shipping was faster than I expected and the cap is good quality,I love it

I just wanted to point out that the cheapest option to return the item from Canada is almost double the cost of the cap itself (even with tracking and a DDP parcel service).

I ordered from the .ca website assuming the product would be shipped from Canada, but it was clearly shipped from Spain. This is misleading.

On top of that, the cap is much too small for me, so I’m now stuck with a $47 purchase I can’t use.

I also tried reaching out to customer service before leaving this review, but I never received any response.

Overall, this feels like a rip-off. I would not recommend based on this experience.

Le compré en día 8/04 y hasta hoy día 16/04 ni si quiera ha salido del armazém …. Pone que no tienes en stock … una putada .

Paid for 24 hour delivery, it took a week to receive the item. The company is refusing to refund the delivery costs, and ignoring my messages. Would not use again.

REPLY: You have not responded to my message sent on 09/04/26. The parcel was not delivered on time by UPS; however, it was sent using a saver service, not a 24-hour delivery option.

Given the significant delay of a full week—and the fact that other packages were successfully delivered over the Easter holidays—I can only assume either the incorrect postage service was selected, or there was a failure on UPS’s part.

If this is a UPS issue, I would expect you to contact them directly to pursue a delivery refund. This delay is not minor and should be addressed accordingly.

Przeczytałam kilka opinii dotyczących zniszczonego i źle spakowanego produktu, co nie ukrywam, zniechęciło mnie do zakupu. Jednak ryzyko się opłaciło. Czapeczka dotarła nieuszkodzona, zawinięta w specjalny worek, i ułożona w odpowiednim kartonie. Do tego były małe gratisy! Czapeczka jest cudowna, ciemny brązowy,czekoladowy kolor to jest strzał w 10 :) :)
Bardzo dziękuję, jestem bardzo zadowolona zarówno z jakości produktu, obsługi jak i kontaktu :)
Mail z podziękowaniem ze sklepu jest wyjątkowy, jeszcze się z takim nie spotkałam .

I’ve ordered from these guys more than once, and once again everything is top-notch! The caps are excellent quality: neatly stitched, the material feels great, and they hold their shape really well. I also really appreciated the careful packaging, everything arrived in a neat box.
I was a bit worried the caps might be too big for my kids since there wasn’t a separate children’s size, but thanks to the adjustable fit, they turned out perfect!
Very happy with this purchase - highly recommend!

I’m really disappointed with Cap Hunters. The delivery date was supposed to be one week from ordering, yet that date has passed and my order still hasn’t arrived. Had I known they were this unreliable with deliveries, I wouldn’t have ordered from them. I won’t be buying from them again.

nella parte superiore chiuso con nastro, ma la base montata solo ad incastro, praticamente aprire il pacco era un gioco da ragazzi...e per chi spedisce prodotti mi sembra abbastanza imbarazzante.
Alla fine non saprai mai se non lo hanno inviato o se qlk lo ha sottratto.

Descubrí la tienda on line de Caphunters y elejí dos gorras de mi marca preferida, en precio correcto, en 3 días tenía el paquete en mi domicilio, un servicio genial y productos en perfecto estado, volveré a Caphunters por más, gracias !!!
