Beautiful tiles
I had been looking for tiles for almost a year. The house is laid out like a Victorian townhouse, but is new, so I wanted something modern, but with a nod to tradition. Ca' Pietra have some more unusual tiles than the other outlets, and really good sales.
I bought the Architectural Elements Moseley Porcelain In Grey. Stunning. Even better in real life. Very pleased with them, exactly the effect I wanted.
Delivery was quick, and well packed. Will be going back to them to do the bathroom next year.

Great product range!
So many beautiful tiles to choose from. After ordering few samples we opted for the kaleidoscope porcelain skipper. Absolutely stunning tile. Few of them broke during transportation but I spoke to the sales manager that promptly sent me another order replacing the broken ones.Great service and quick delivery. I would definitely buy from them again.

Hello Gracy,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a fantastic review — we're so pleased to hear you were happy with both our fabulous tiles and the service you received!
While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives safely, the fragile nature of tiles means that occasional breakages can happen in transit. When they do, we’ll always do our best to get replacements to you quickly so you can carry on with your project without delay.
We’re delighted to hear you’ll be coming back for more, and we truly look forward to helping you with your future projects!

A very lovely tile and colour was the reason for my purchase. Have used this company before and always good.
On this occasion I needed to contact customer services as some arrived broken. I was assisted by Becca in their customer services who was excellent and resolved the problem easily. Delivery is prompt and excellent. And I will certainly used the company again. Thank you.

Price does not match Quality
I had high expectations; however, I left disappointed. Samples were nothing like the pictures and extremely pricey. I found these tiles afterwards elsewhere much cheaper and of the same quality. Unfortunately, I felt completely scammed.

Hello Bella, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we do appreciate all feedback.
I am sorry that the experience was not as you expected it to be. I have reached out to request further information to look into this more thoroughly for you but I don't seem to have received a response.
Part of the reason we offer a samples service is so that the products can be viewed in person as viewing an item on a device can distort the colour slightly despite best efforts to avoid this.
If you would like any further assistance please feel free to contact our Trade Services team at sales@capietra.com. The team will be happy to help.
Marlborough Terracotta Tiles
Purchased ~190 Marlborough Terracotta floor tiles via the website. Slightly worried from other reviews that they would all arrive in pieces given their fragility. I need not have worried. The crate arrived by DHL, on the day selected, well packaged and covered with plastic. Tiles were packed together, on their edges in 2 layers. Out of all the tiles - only 8 breakages and I think these will easily be absorbed by the herringbone pattern. My only minor constructive criticism for the company would be to ask for a little more communication that the shipment was on its way. Until DHL sent a notification on the day of delivery - I had only received a order confirmation. Other than that - great service - thank you.

Lovely tiles but won’t replace broken ones
Really lovely tiles that look beautiful in my kitchen. However, the tiles arrived with a piece of paper saying that the tiles were fragile and that any broken in transit would not be replaced. This seems unfair, especially for such expensive tiles which didn’t have a lot of packaging to protect them. I thankfully only ended up with a few broken or scratched tiles (~5%), and I had enough spare that I could throw them away. However, I think it is very unfair to not replace tiles in this situation. Presumably they get a lot of people messaging about broken tiles - so put the paper in the box to deter anyone from even bothering to contact them!

Dear Arron,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I’m delighted to hear that you are pleased with your tiles!
I’m sorry to learn that you feel disappointed about the cost of shipping. Our products are heavy and bulky, and even with just six boxes, the total weight quickly adds up. This necessitated a pallet delivery, which tends to be more expensive than standard courier services.
We truly value your feedback and hope you will still continue to enjoy your Ca' Pietra tiles.

Hello Paul,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. It’s wonderful to hear that you’re happy with the product! However, I’m sorry to learn about the concerns you’ve raised regarding delivery charges.
We strive to keep our delivery costs as low as possible. However, due to the size and weight of our products, delivery charges are necessary to ensure they arrive safely and in good condition. This is a standard practice within the industry, but we truly value your feedback and will continue working to provide the best possible service at competitive rates.
Thank you once again for sharing your thoughts. Your input is important to us as we work to improve.

Hello Elizabeth,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review—your feedback is important to us.
I’m sorry to hear that you were not happy with the representation of the tile upon receiving your sample. We put a lot of effort into accurately showcasing the colour and texture of our tiles. However, the display settings of individual devices can sometimes distort colours, which is why we always recommend ordering a sample or visiting one of our retail partners to view the tiles in person.
Thank you again for your feedback, and please let us know if there’s anything further we can assist you with.
Sample looked nothing like pictured!
I ordered a sample online and paid the £4.99 for delivery. The tile looked stunning online so i had high hopes that it would work for our bathroom renovation. The sample that came was a completely different colour and looked nothing like the picture advertised. I was hoping that it was a mistake and called customer service only to be told the correct sample was sent out and if I wanted to see another sample of that same tile I would have to pay another £4.99 for delivery! I believe they use a lot of photoshop and photo enhancements in their pictures online therefor the tile that comes is nothing like the picture shown.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We truly appreciate all feedback, as it helps us continuously improve.
Upon reviewing your order, we noticed that multiple samples were requested. As such, it’s a bit challenging to pinpoint which specific tile type your comments might be referring to.
We strive to provide accurate and detailed imagery of our products online. However, we understand that variations can occur due to differences in device settings, screen resolutions, and lighting conditions, which might affect how colors and details appear.
If you have specific concerns about any of the samples, please don't hesitate to reach out. We’d be happy to assist further.
