When I first looked up Capital Placement and spoke to their staff about sorting out an internship I was a bit skeptical at first.

Being a recent graduate and having a part time job it made me think a bit before paying the sum of money for help finding a suitable internship for my needs.

I can gladly say now that this is the best decision that I have made for my professional life. They managed to find me several great offers for sales/business internship positions along with helping me greatly improve the structure of my CV.

Before when I was applying for jobs and internships on my own I wasn't having much luck due to being inexpierienced in the job searching market. With the help of Capital Placements they have helped me find jobs/positions in companies that I wouldn't have been able to find myself.

I would have to say that the biggest help was Keerthika, the agent helping me. She always asked for feedback about the various companies in order to tailor my benefits when looking for new options along with being kind and patient with me when I wasn't sure about some choices.

To her and everyone else on the team who helped me find my internship I give the highest regard.

I am glad I decided to plan my carrier with the Capital Placement. It is for me best way to find employer abroad. I could feel people in Capital Placement understand my needs and behave just as friendly humans, which was essential for me in this process. Keerthika was gently managing my calls. I applied to Capital Placement on the 2nd August 2021, I went through a small number of interviews and was given some great advice that will stay for me life, Nan D really helped me through the entire process and in the end I have ended up landing a full time role in a great start up company. I signed up with CP after my degree and when I felt intimidated by applying to jobs and internships. I had a really good experience with the CP team. They had two people speaking to me independently, making sure that they got a fuller picture of what I wanted. They gave me regular progress updates and everyone was super kind. I ended up getting an internship independently from CP realtively soon after signing up, so never ended up having interviews through CP. However, they congratulated me and processed a refund - which I didnt even expect to get - super quickly. Have recommended them to a friend since.

Capital Placement and especially Niran, went to the moon and back to help me secure a remote internship in London. I worked on it for two months before shifting base for the same internship to London.
During this entire process, Capital Placement helped me at every step and ensured that I also got my visa through Bunac in a timely manner via Bunac.

Through Capital Placement I managed to secure an remote internship position at an engineering startup based in London. I highly enjoyed working with the company as I was assigned on tasks connected with current projects that the company was working on with real clients. Moreover, my supervisor, which also happens to be the CEO as well as one of the co-founders, was more than willing to support and offer advice whenever I encountered any issues with the task at hand. Overall, it was a really valuable and eye-opening experience whereby I not only learned much about the specific engineering field the company is in but also on how to work effectively as a team even when all of it was done remotely.

Capital Placement as a company and as a placement group is absolutely great. Trying to find a replacement activity during the pandemic was challenging, and they honestly made it so easy! Much cheaper than other placement groups I know of as well.
