Capitex give very good spreads on FX transactions and the platform and phone service are simple to use with advice available as needed.

I have worked professionally in FX markets in banks myself for 20 years and from what I have seen on that side would highly recommend Capitex.

Elliott & Alfie are spot on, really quick and reliable. The Capitex Live portal is so quick and easy to use wer have saved £100's vs Santander so far on our business and only started using Capitex recently. Would recommend for any business makiong regular foreign currency payments.

I cannot think of 1 bad thing to say about this company. I have recently changed to CAPITEX after working with world first for 15 years but I decided I had to change to another company because the service they offered at world first was just shocking.

Louis has been a fantastic account manager for me from the very first day I opened the account and is always on hand to answer any queires I have or forwards I want to book or discuss the markets and best options looking forwards.

If you buy foreign exchange and pay suppliers then this is the company for you.

I have dealt with Capitex for a number of years now and the service has always been great. All the staff are very helpful and always respond to any contact very quickly. The online platform is very user-friendly so you have the option to book trades yourself.

I have dealt with Bobby from day one and he has been excellent from day one. There is a more personal treatment that I received then I have had previously and the rates are always competitive.

Always helpful with market trading conditions and informative analysis of futures.
Exchange process is smooth and easy to complete.

Firstly I would recommend the staff at Capitex as they are always very helpful and keep me informed on what is happening with regards to exchange rates. Secondly the platform is very easy to use for making payments to suppliers, especially like the new facilities with regards to being able to drawdown from multiple forward contracts. Our suppliers receive the payments very quickly. Excellent !!

Bobby Morgan has been a great advisor and has helped us every step of the way, he makes everything clear and is communicative when there are fluctuations or rises in currency to make sure we can get the best rate. It has been an ongoing relationship that we have with him and he continues to provide a great service.

Have told this company we are not interested many many many times....... yet they keep calling. Now a case of harassment which we will be complaining about through the official channels. We do not do business with such people

The Capitex team have been really helpful in guiding me through the process of getting set up with them and any subsequent issues I had (created be me!).

Using Capitex to send payments to our suppliers has meant a huge reduction in transaction fees and our suppliers are happy because they receive the money quicker too.

Louis made a massive change to our business opening our minds to trading with different currencies over just the USD and GBP. A wealth of knowledge, great customer service and a real care for their customers.
