Had an issue setting things up at first and almost gave up, but support (Mia I think?) actually helped me fix it step by step. took a bit but she was patient. once it worked, everything ran smooth

We run a mid-size ecommerce data and have captcha needs. capsolver handled it really well, like cloudflare and aws waf stuff. good response time for enterprise user. so we don’t have to babysit it. So far it’s super reliable, will give more time to planning to keep using it and see how it scales.

Tried it on a couple sites that usually break other solvers... surprisingly worked.had to retry once or twice but still better than getting stuck completely. kinda impressed it handles those edge cases.

I topped up my captcha solver account on December 9th and a few days later filed a claim that the service couldn't solve the captcha (Cloudflare, on a certain website). Furthermore, my support request was ignored until I contacted the payment system I used to pay for the service.

Today is February 22nd. How much longer do I have to wait for the service I paid for (and I can't even request a refund)? It's been two and a half months and nothing has changed.

I don't recommend it to anyone. I regretted investing my money here 100 times over. There's no worse service out there.

I use Capsolver to solve mainly recaptcha v2 and v3 via API. It helps me to bypass those captcha with a good success rate. It's a cheap service with very good documentation for API service, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Capsolver solves recaptcha v2 pretty fast and with an extremely high success rate. When I've had problems with v3, they have helped me out to increase the success rate.
