Many reports of people getting their redemption cancelled, one of mine got cancelled as well. But its what they did recently that should make you stay away from this site!

They turned off play through for ALL games! Yes, you read that correctly. No matter what game you play, it does NOT COUNT towards play through!

If you already deposited money on this site, I suggest you chargeback! Even if you win, the SC won't be redeemable so you can't get the money out!

There's some things I really live about this site . Redemption is 30 and up . Instant Redemption if it's 50 and below. Had my Redemption sitting for a few days and saw it's instant 50 ,so I canceled and submitted for 50 and was instant. So I dont mind redeeming 50 at a time. Only every 24 hours though . Another great this about this casino is they have the best daily bonus. Hopefully it stays that good .

I love playing here. I verified my account before I ever opened a game to play. Now when I go to redeem, I submit and it's instant! Love this. Plus, the minimum redemption is $30 which is even better! New favorite site. Good job, guys.

i won a good amount of money and i got the first 300 no problem. I redeemed the other 800 and its been cancelled twice. I asked for a lower amount so we will see what happens. I really love this casino the variety of games. I think they will pay the rest will keep u updated. should give them a try.

First few redemptions went perfectly fine and were prompt. However I recently had a 500SC redeem rejected and after resubmitting for 300SC, it is still pending while in the present moment I see many are awaiting a response from support which is nonexistent. Like actually non-existent.

This place is a croc. I made a deposit yesterday and never got my sc credited to my account. I've sent numerous messages to support without any response.

Made one redemption but the second one is taking longer than the first. The first was actually instant to my debit card.

Horrible! You can only cash out once a day. Redemption time sucks. Only $30-$50 winnings is instant. You cannot redeem all winnings at once. Won $200 and could only cash out $50 instant or $100 which was processing forever so I cancelled and got the instant $50. I have $150 left and have to wait 24 hours. This casino is the worst. STAY AWAY!

Extremely disappointing experience with Capy Spin.

I deposited a total of $933 and was actively playing on the platform when my account displayed a balance of approximately 3,789. The platform allowed me to continue wagering with that balance and accepted all gameplay without issue.

Later, my balance was suddenly reduced to 89 with the explanation that a technical error or glitch had occurred. My issue is not simply that an adjustment was made. My issue is that Capy Spin allowed me to continue wagering based on a balance that their own system displayed as available and only afterward decided that the balance was invalid.

If a balance is truly incorrect, it should be corrected immediately or the account should be restricted from further gameplay. Allowing a player to continue wagering and then retroactively removing the balance is unfair and shifts the consequences of the platform's error entirely onto the customer.

What has made this experience even more frustrating is the lack of meaningful customer support. Despite multiple attempts to obtain an explanation and a detailed account history, responses have been slow or nonexistent. A major balance adjustment should come with a clear explanation and complete transparency.

I am requesting a fair resolution and a full refund of my $933 in deposits. Until this matter is resolved, I cannot recommend Capy Spin to other players.
