They did a fantastic job no doubt on that and will possibly go again.
What I didn’t like
They gave me a quote, I double checked, they got the car and then said they need more money to do the same job- said they didn’t bother to check the quote and can’t do the work without extra money- very unprofessional and upsetting.
Communication was awful- I had to keep chasing them for updates, responses were slow or non existent, phone connection is poor so half the time they can’t hear us. Don’t know about the price as I didn’t get multiple quotes.

Did a great job of my car today.
Friendly helpful lady fronting the business. Would highly recommend 👌

The guys at JSM are a breath of fresh air from the moment I took my car in they were straight forward honest and to the point my repair was carried out to a high standard and when my car proved difficult to work with electronically they went above and beyond to find the problem and fix it. How's the driving instructor I can't afford to be off the road for long and the guys worked around me to make it possible I honestly cannot recommend this place enough fantastic service reasonable price great result. If you've had a little scrape a dent or a small crash bring it to JSM.

My car door was badly damaged. JSM were superb from start to finish. After going to several bodyshops for help. and advice. JSM were by miles the best. Outstanding in every way. I can highly recommend this firm. Raymond
