Shocking product and service
I am completely bewildered by the positive reviews about CarCover.com and their products and misleading warranty. Having bought a cover in October 2024 and choosing the Gold Cover as this "supposedly" claims to be 5 Star for UV, water and thickness, due to the cover tearing and splitting I needed to contact the company in June 2025 to get a replacement. I could not believe that I had to pay $36 for a replacement. Begrudgingly and mainly due to time constraints I did this and received a new cover. Here we are now in September 2026 and the second cover has more or less disintegrated. I have filed another warranty claim and this time told will need to pay $54 for a replacement. Having called to complain at the appalling product, 2 in less than 2 years, I just get a standard "sorry can't help that's the warranty and claims are only dealt with by email" - wonder why that is!! So now within 2 years having initially spent £180 on the cover I am having to spend half the cost again within 2 years to get another cover - absolute rubbish.
