I ordered 2022 Ford Mustang Shelby GT 500 all body Types - Premium Edition on March 31, 2026 and got the confirmation saying it being Processed and Delivery Date will be Friday , April 3, 2026. But i did not get it and haven't seen nothing yet. Ordered # : 8351781541. Please confirm that it is coming A.S.A.P.

The so-called “premium” version has been a complete failure. It lets water and dust pass straight through, offering virtually no protection at all. Even light wind easily displaces the cover, making it completely unreliable for outdoor use.

I raised a complaint, expecting a reasonable solution, but instead I was told I could get a replacement — only if I paid over $100 in shipping. Frankly, that’s unacceptable. After such a poor experience with the original product, there is no justification for asking me to spend more money on something I have no confidence in.

J’ai acheté une housse de voiture il y a moins d’un an et je suis très déçu par la qualité. Au bout de quelques mois seulement, la housse s’est mise à pelucher, elle c'est meme déchirée par endroits.
Elle était étanche au début, mais aujourd’hui ce n’est plus du tout le cas : l’eau traverse complètement et la voiture n’est plus protégée de la pluie.
J’ai contacté le service client pour signaler le problème, pensant qu’un produit aussi récent serait pris en charge. On m’a répondu qu’aucune garantie ne s’appliquait à ce produit.
Produit de mauvaise qualité et service après-vente inexistant. À fuir.

This is an update to my review earlier about a month ago. I had ordered 2 truck covers mid December. The date given I would receive the product was before Christmas. I was told on January 12th that the covers are on a ship heading this way and to expect them in about 10 days. I thought that since I waited this long I might as well wait 10 more days. I called on February 5th to see where my covers are and I was told that the factory was sending them on the 11th of Feb. I had enough and asked for my money back. I gave them plenty of chances to get me covers and they failed. I would not recommend this company. I would give them 0 stars. Terrible service.

Very disappointing experience. After placing my order which said 5 days for delivery I received an email saying 15-20 days. After 1 month of not receiving a thing I sent an email cancelling the order. Wasted my time.

If there was a zero star review available, I would use it this company is the worst company I have dealt with in a very long time. I normally don’t do reviews but this one here needs to be aware of how they do business I place an order in the next day they tell me we’re sorry but there’s a delay because of huge orders. They said that the shipment will be in on the 14th and be shipped out surprise surprise it is the 14th. I contact them and they said give us another week. They’ve been telling me that for the past week or two it’s going on a month now and still, nothing only message that I get was the day after I placed the order of the delay. Nothing else I would not recommend this company for anything.

Do not take customers money and lie to them regarding the delivery date, if something is out of stock the customer deserves to know it and NOT BE LIED TO , ten days late , days late is not acceptable for a stupid car cover , this company is to big and deserves to fail for twice lying to me on to separate orders ,

Easy to navigate the site & to place an order. - update! Cover has arrived. Not quite the fit I was hoping for but pretty dam close. I think if I didn't have a boot spoiler it would be perfect. So I have just added a clip strap to the back of cover & it is now perfect. I'm pretty happy! Thank you covers.com.nz 👍

Purchased a cover, based on the information on the website for my vehicle, received the cover, to large and even blew off the front when strapped, no indication which was the front until I had it on backwards, the lock did not work, 2.5 hours of time dealing with this, now they want to send me additional straps, I don’t want to take 1 hour putting this on, be careful when purchasing, the customer service is terrible, uneducated foreigners, no energy, no sense of any kind of direction.

Ordering process was very easy. They had my exact vehicle on site.

This is the second satin indoor cover I have purchase. The first one is on my Jaguar F-Type R. It fits like a glove. Excellent quality. This one I just order is for my BMW X3M. I fully expect it to fill like a glove also.

He confirmed that your company has an available cover for my VW, and we completed the order. He explained that there was a code that reduced the price, and I very much appreciated his help with the sale price.
The package arrived in just a few days. It looks to be just what I need to protect my vehicle for summer and winter. The material is excellent, and the extras (the explanation sheet, repair items, and the storage bag) will come in handy when needed.
All in all, I am very pleased with the product and with the professional treatment I received, and I have already recommended your company to one friend!

I purchased the Premium material for my UTV. The quality looks real good, a little better than I expected. The fit is good, I expected it to fit all the way down to the bottom of the tires and it fits nicely to the top of the tires..I haven’t tested it outdoors yet because as of today the UTV sits in the garage, we’ll see how it hold up in the weather in a couple of months
