Overall, a good experience. Both Kim and Zebby were great at explaining all the steps involved in the process and the rationale for their pricing.

I was a bit disappointed that my price was knocked down even though I thought I had reported everything, but I guess that’s how it works when you sell your car.

Edit: removing one star due to bad experience with forgetting something in the car and trying to get it back after the sale when the car is still parked outside your house. They completely ignored my request even though I explained it was about my daughter’s toy and she was really upset about losing it. I would have appreciated a more humane approach rather than being ignored.

It was wa very quick process and I was informed all the way through. Muz was polite and professional when he arrived and explained the process then when finished, talked me through any issues the car had I wasn't aware of and showed me first hand (I wish some garages had been this thorough).
