Cards came bent and damaged due to packaging as others have also said (I wish I checked here first). Company will not respond to emails, spanning the last month. Avoid at all costs.

Really wanted to give this company the benefit of the doubt but after my last and only experience i cannot in good conscience recommend them. Came accross the website while trying to source some cards for my growing collection as they were the only nz based store that had one of the cards i wanted in stock. anyway onto the "review"

The Good: order at least arrived with no issues and what it did contain was in condition as advertised, refund was offered promptly and notice given that one item couldnt be found to be sent (ahh well that sucks but i can at least respect being upfront)... unfortunatly thats about it now onto the not so good..

The Bad: long processing time, a minimum $40 shop order, and to put it blunt 💩 corrospondance

Now The Ugly: Order was missing the main card i even wanted in the order (seperate item to the earlier mentioned refund) and after reaching out for remedy/response to situation have been left on radio silence for at least a week now..no item or refund! The irony is it wasnt all that an expensive item but considering it was THE SOLE F🤬KING REASON i ordered from this store in the first place it has left me with a bitter taste. If cardbard decides to actually rectify the matter then i MAY change or remove this review.... but im not holding my breath and have since ordered that specific item from a source elsewhere that actually understands customer service.

Took over three weeks to send order and missing most valuable card in order! Not trustworthy and would not recommend.

All the 1 star reviews are real. They have absolutely just not fulfilled my order. It had been days since I ordered and nothing came through not even a tracker. Kept saying they will get it sent the today or tomorrow like a robot but nope nothing. Don't waste your time with this shop

purchased 3 cards from this website.
i txt them asking for a tracking number, they said they couldnt find 1 of the cards, and would i still like the other 2, i said yes please.
a week later i asked for the tracking number for the 2 cards, heard nothing, then randomly got a refund for the whole order. still no reply. will be avoiding in the future

Short and sweet version:
- Long processing time they don’t tell you about.
- Badly, badly packaged. It came in a stack between a ripped piece of cardboard which wasn’t taped together properly and had huge open gaps on the sides so water could easily enter and ruin the cards.
- All my cards were bent including all my high value cards.
- They missed three cards I ordered which together were worth $22 so when I offered they just put the missing cards in my second order they agreed they’d do it, my second order arrives and still doesn’t contain the cards that were missing from my first order.
- My second order's cards are bent as well.
- I’ve been the one to message them about all the delays, problems with my orders and the missing cards.
- I haven’t been messaged by CardBard, offered a refund or offered store credit.
- I’ve messaged to request a refund now and they’ve switched to ghosting me when before they were very quick to respond to messages.
- All in all they stole my money, ruined my cards and now ghosted me so in the nicest way I can say this because I'm so angry at for all the time and money I've wasted on this business, frick you Matthias McGregor.
My advice is sell your bulk to an actually dedicated card store that won't piss around with it's customers.

Not sure why everyone is leaving bad reviews on here. Placed an order on a Tuesday, followed up with an email on Wednesday and got a response within the hour. Cards arrived on Saturday morning and they’re all legitimate. Great experience on my part.

Paid for cards and received nothing. Checked and the company isn't registered in NZ, support email they use for 'contact us' in the order success email is from a singers website. Yep, looks like I got scammed too.

Scammer. Will respond within a day when taking payments, but when there's an issue with shipping will completely ignore you.
I have not yet received my product and it has been over a month.
