Bought a booster pack noticed it was opened slightly straight out of the machine and definitely resealed and I know how fresh packs should feel. U Should be ashamed scaming people. Or perhaps you need to investigate your restock employee's. Because they are damaging your business. I know I won't be touching another machines again I recommend others do the same.

💯 legit. Pulled some super rare cards from Pokemon packs. Highly recommend as they don't check decks before putting in the machine. Chances of pulling something good is possible

Ridiculous resealed and damaged cards. Avoid.

I panic bought 3 Pokemon items expecting them to sell out fast and trying to buy them before they ran out resulted in me doing 3 orders with 3 seperate shipping costs. It resulted in me paying shipping 3 times and I emailed to ask to combine shipping and they obliged. As a positive first experience, I trust them more now and will purchase again and refer to others needing cards. I’ll also try to contain my fomo next time to not be a bother 😂

Was out visiting chadstone and came across your vending machines and thought id pick up some pokemon cards because they had a good varity and were well stocked, but then i realised why, $17 for single pack of white flare and black bolt, $15 for single pack of the new One Piece set, between the scalpers and retailers charging a fortune there is no fun left in this hobby

Ordered came double packed secured with cushions. Excellent condition, and some bonuses. Best experience so far from other sellers

On the front of the pack it clearly states 'Topps Chrome F1 Formula 1' 'Official Trading Cards of Formula 1' with a photo of 4 Formula 1 drivers: Charles Leclerc, Lewis Hamilton, Oscar Piastri and Max Verstappen.
A reasonable person of sound mind would expect the pack of 4 trading cards clearly labelled and advertised as 'Topps Chrome F1 Formula 1' 'Official Trading Cards of Formula 1' along with photos of Formula 1 drivers on the front of the pack as supporting advertising to actually contain 4 x Topps Chrome F1 Formula 1 Official Trading Cards of Formula 1 cards not Formula 3 & Formula 2.
I ended up with just 1 x F1 card, 2 x F2 & 1 x F3 card. F2 driver was someone named Taylor Barnard and F3 a driver named Martinius Stenshorne! False and misleading advertising. Also, (of lesser concern) 2021 cards have drivers faces covered with Covid masks. I have photographic evidence.

I bought four pokemon boosters but only 3 came out. Reached out to customer service and they straight away got me my fourth pack PLUS a freebee for my troubles. Super helpful and quick turnaround!

The team at card bot are fantastic! Super kind, really quick to respond to me via email and quickly sorted an error in a single they sent me. Their packaging is amazing and haven't had any damage to any products they've sent me. They're fast to pack and send orders. Overall great experience with the card bot team!

Awsome vending machines and products online. However, DO NOT use them as the middle man for grading submissions unless you want your gem mint cards replaced with their cards. Given this is impossible to prove, I cant emphasise enough to use a different middle man. Thank me later.
