Avoid this company unless you like wasting money.

Due to an impatient white van man who decided to squeeze between me and a parked van at speed, thus sending my right mirror flying out onto the road to be run over by the car behind me, I was in desperate need of a new mirror. Ordered Friday 2pm and received Monday morning via Royal Mail 48 tracked. Now my taped and cracked mirror has been replaced by a new one. I'm very impressed with the service and glad I could replace it so quickly. Thank you 🙏!

Website easy to use. They had my mirror - which was for an older model - and I got it within two days even though it was the week end. Fantastic service.

Lexus wanted to charge me £450 just for the broken glass in my driver wing mirror on my 2010 Lexus RX. It doesn't have the blind spot monitor like more modern RX's. Anyway I bought the glass here for £35.50 and my local garage fitted it in 10 minutes for free. Very happy.

Sent me wrong shape cover for my wingmirror, asked to return it - no reply!

I have used this business, or the other associated companies, on many occasions, I have several vans that are all vulnerable in the narrow lanes where we work. They are my first call when I need a mirror.
I recently ordered online, got my order wrong, and another order, bu the right mirrors where out in the post next day, with a returns label to send back those I ordered oncorrectly.
First class.

I have ordered multiple times over the years and haven't had an issue. Prompt delivery and quick customer service whenever I have had a query.

Ordered a mirror for my grandsons Skoda Fabia. Ordered delivered promptly but unfortunately I had ordered wrong one.
Contacted car mirrors who sent me the correct mirror very next day and wouldn’t even charge me for delivery cost.
First glass service at very reasonable cost same part from Skoda was 3 times more expensive. Excellent firm to deal with

I was very pleased with the price and when the mirror arrived it was well packaged. It was a perfect fit and appears to be of very good quality. Delivery delayed by a day due to Royal Mail, not the companies fault. All in very pleased with the transaction.

Poor service. Ordered a replacement motor on Sunday, paid extra for it to be couriers for next day delivery. It's now Thursday and I still haven't received the mirror.
I haven't received any email confirmations or a reply when I requested an update on my order. Yet PayPal emailed to say the payment was taken on the Sunday.

I am only putting one star because I can’t give zero stars, ordered a mirror online at 10am last Thursday 29th December and paid £6.95 for next day delivery, after several emails with no reply, I finally get an email this morning Tuesday 3rd January from DPD to say they are expecting my parcel, after 5 days they hadn’t even sent it, have raised a complaint with PayPal for a full refund, joke of a company

Ordered and booked mirror replacement. They didn’t turn up on the day, and no response to phone calls or chat. Finally responded to email rebooking the repair. Again a no show, and no response to emails, phone or chat. I’m not sure if these guys are a scam or just horrible at running a business. Avoid if you want your mirror repaired!

Totally the wrong part sent although I selected the correct model and year. Promised a return label and replacement but no contact 2 weeks later and no response to emails. Had to buy from another supplier to have a door mirror. Out of pocket and no sign of redress.Worst service on any company for years.

Ordered a Golf Mk5 driver's side mirror - perfect fit, great quality, heated element working as it should.

I ordered a door mirror for Golf Mk 7 as glass came unglued from backing (apparently a common issue), the replacement arrived within the specified time. It looked ok but metal spring prevented easy fitting and plastic lugs to hold mirror circular adjuster in housing broke, mirror fell off and broke and scratched door. I doubt this was made in Germany as suggested as quality of plastic was poor.

Be very careful to read the description as the picture may not be a true reflection of the part. The picture for non-heated wing mirrors shows the contacts!

I had ordered a wing mirror from another website as it said it would fit my vehicle when I input the reg number, but it didn't fit and I broke it attempting, so sadly couldn't return it.

I then contacted cardoormirrors.com and they replied within 12hrs with the exact part I needed (which was for another model, but as it was a brand new van it had just changed, so said this part would fit). I was hesitant for obvious reasons, but just put it on there and it fit like a glove, so had to come write a good review for them, because the vast majority of people only write negative reviews and not good ones when we've had a good experience... as a nation need to stop this. We British love a moan, but we're also lovely fair people and need to remind ourselves of that!
