On 10/14/2026 I submitted a ticket to inquire why I have not been receiving my credit card deposits since October 04,2026. I was informed that it was due to the my bank returning the monthly service fee charge as a stop payment. I contact my bank immediately and they corrected the error in the system. I then provided proof that the situation has been corrected. It has been four days and no communication from card pointe and still no credit card deposits have been made to my account.

Continued to charge us despite canceling service. Refused to refund. Terrible customer service. Do not use them.

The company provided the poor customer services. Never ever sent in the monthly statement.

Never gave the customer the proper notice about the increase of the service charges etc.

I wasted so so much money with this company.

I am very much unsatisfied with their services!

**Terrible experience with CardPointe/Fiserv.**

I lost **over $10,000** because of what I believe was a major failure in their payment processing system. A fraudulent customer tried approximately **90 cards** before one was accepted, yet the transaction was still processed.

After the customer filed a chargeback, I provided CardPointe/Fiserv with emails, payment records, portal logs, tracking, delivery confirmation, and messages from the customer confirming they received the order. Despite all of this, they blocked my account and took **more than $5,000 from my bank account**. It then took months to get money back that they owed me.

Even after closing my account, they have continued trying to charge me monthly.

I strongly recommend that business owners **think twice before trusting CardPointe/Fiserv with their payments or bank account.** This experience cost me thousands of dollars and caused serious damage to my business.

Absolutely the WORST customer service. None of your customer service reps can understand the question being asked nor have ANY answers. Highly recommend finding a different credit card processing company!!!

The absolute worst tech support I've ever experienced. I was on the phone for well over an hour and transferred 5 times to get my issue resolved. The last transfer brought me back to the first department I spoke to. Never had a resolution.

I see other people have been scammed by this company too. I decided not to continue with TherapyNotes after a free trial. Little did I know they kept my account open, and didn’t cancel Card Pointe either. They were charging me for months because I didn’t fill out their stupid survey which I didn’t think was relevant since I HAD CANCELLED my TherapyNotes account, or so I thought. They charged me over $400 before I figured it out! It was a nightmare trying to figure it out and they refused to refund me more than a few months. The EHR I use now uses Stripe and there was none of this nonsense. Don’t use TherapyNotes or Card Pointe!

Cardpointe is a scam. Do not use. They have been changing me a "Non compliace" charge for months. (My bad I thought it was something else because the name on the charge had NOTHING to do with Cardpointe or therapynotes.) They have refused to refund or credit the account stating that it is a valid change since it was stated in the contract (on page 300 something...). Customer service is non-existant. I asked to speak to a manager, but there were "none available". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Incredibility poor customer service. Will transfer multiple times without answering questions correctly. Having to reverify and reverify to talk to their employees and continuously put on hold. Charged $1400 in fees over a period of several years, despite having cancelled services. Pick any other business, these are the worst of all the processors.

CardPointe provides terrible customer service. They only have one rep is is any good and her name is Mary Sweeney.

Brian Flock is their sales rep and he will flat out lie to you and he promises that everything will be wonderful and then everything is horrible.

If you are a business owner and love frustration then this is your company. However, if you like proper customer support then I would suggest trying one of the many other options.

DO NOT USE! They have awful customer service, they say it takes them 30 days to close an account- to make sure they get an extra month or two of services fees into them! NOT WORTH IT

This company will steal your money and your clients money and then not respond to you for months while holding your companies payemnts. Crazy scam these people need to be sued.

Cardpointe is charging me 3.3% fee to process each credit card plus a $10 month platform fee plus a $49.99 month for something called Total Debit Network Fee. Fees are very high and seem unreasonable.

Scammers. I canceled my account so I would not get charged a certain fee. 3 weeks later my account is charged even after I had not been with them for 3 weeks. They are not answering my calls and keep giving me the run-around. Their “managers” aren’t there when I ask to speak with them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Plenty of other good merchants to go with. Very disappointed after being treated like this after being a loyal customer for 2+ years.

Missing money and dealing with the worst customer support. Being transferred between departments. The device took my $9,000 in transactions and has not deposited in my account. I am calling in and clover keeps telling me that I need to speak to cardpointe. Cardpointe tells me I need to talk to clover.. save yourself from this headache and just avoid cardpointe all together
