Adam’s role was crucial for me to finally land the job offer. Even though I was not good at interviews, Adam gave good guidance on how to tackle interview questions, many advices and the much needed practice. I had 2-3 sessions with Adam and after a couple of interviews I was able to succeed in an interview. Adam was very flexible to schedule the sessions when I wanted. The last time I looked for work, it took me two years of interviews before I finally secured a new role, and those two years were gruelling and left a mark. When I found out my current employer was outsourcing my role and I'd be made redundant, my heart sank. I'd just bought a house. There was no way I'd survive a lengthy job hunting process. I decided to look for an interview coach and I found Adam.

He was absolutely fantastic. Thorough, supportive, patient and encouraging. I took notes during our session and read them before each interview I had after. I really believe Adam's approach changed how I felt about interviews (previously, quite sick and anxious) and helped me to feel calm and present, to have faith in my answers, to think about the questions I'd be asked calmly, and to be myself.

Since the session, every interview I had has lead to a job offer. It's taken me two months to find a role that really matched my values and aspirations, and I've been able to decline offers - something I've never had to do before.

There's a lot of bad decisions you can make that end up wasting your time. The ability to have a interview prep session with Adam was invaluable here. The interview prep session really helped me be able to understand better how to wrap up my answers using short and specific details without getting stuck into too much information.
