Overall, the CV re-write looks great. The LinkedIn and Cover Letter add-ons are useless as the LinkedIn content didn't even fit the character limits and I essentially got the same cover letter feeding some basic info into an AI. After 3 months (with 20 years in my field and a PhD) I have gotten 0 interviews and two low-level companies contacting me for grunt-work editing jobs. Was it money wasted? Not completely, but I ended up with a job I applied to ages ago with my old CV...so the re-write was not overly helpful.

Very professional service from the beginning. Chris gave me an overview of my CV and where improvements could be made. When i signed up Chris followed up to ensure the email links were working and i could access the site. My request was passed to Lorraine and we had a meeting to discuss my needs over the next week we undertook several revisions including format. An excellent service from both Chris and Lorraine. I felt an hour was tight to understand my experience, and I probably should have been better prepped for the call, a heads up beforehand would have helped there, but this was down to the process, not Lorraine, and also because I was looking for a cost-effective solution whilst I considered my options, which I got.

Lorraine was happy to make several revisions to mitigate that challenge and would give her 5 stars for her supportiveness and helpfulness in getting me a good result.
