Carevolv Reviews

Easy to place my order. I would have liked to include a gift note. I bought this as a gift for my great grandson. The order went through so quickly I didn’t see the place to send a gift note.

Beautiful layout, product is well designed. My critique is that it does not give dimensions of the doll and it was not clear that only some of the dolls were available. I am looking forward to receiving the Waldorf doll.

**Prepare to be scammed**
Update:
I received the product ( wall light). It is not even close to what they advertised.
It’s about 1 /10 the size shown online and they said it was battery operated. It is not. It’s hardwire only. Complete junk.
Then there is the $10 gift wrapping that I did not agree to but they added it on and charged me anyway. They sent a piece of ribbon and a piece of tissue paper in a ziploc bag 😂. Then they added on another $30 charge I did not agree to for some kind of “download” they sent a link but I did not dare click it cause it’s probably malware.

This company is a complete scam, buyer beware!!!

order process was simple. But when check out was completed I had two more add ons I had not planned on ordering. Gift wrapping and another upgrade your entire order purchase. This added an additional $40+ to the order I was not expecting and my card was charged with no way to revise or cancel.

When I reached out they responded saying those charges would not be removed. This company is a total scam.

It was easy getting

I did my order, but then all these things about protection, shipping, wrap kept coming up and by the time I realized my purchase was $83 verses the $53 I started with.
I’ll take the extras since I couldn’t get a hold of anyone right after the order went through. I don’t want all the extra protection. If you’re a legitimate company, I shouldn’t have to pay you for a guarantee to receive it.

Great site very good

It was brief and very enjoyable. I even saw some overhead lighting that I’ll add to my future house.

Checkout was very difficult. You finally took my card and I never knew what the problem was.

I did NOT select gift wrapping (despite mant times to decline) and I did NOT select order upgrade. (Never even saw that option.) Yet, after I hit confirm & saw the $ total, I knew I had been duped. I have sent 3 email responses to correct this. Waiting for refund results.

Great experience for sure

The questions were something that I thought about a lot concerning my apartment and my concerns about all my apartment looked and if you want quality to me price does not matter

My experience was very straightforward, easy to understand, and equally clarified at each step. I appreciate that it provided instructions that weren't difficult to follow and were outlined clearly from the start.

Easy to find and navigate on site. Product is great!

Very truthful

They asked me some questions and such and now I’m here..
