Andrea and Elisabeth were friendly and attentive. I especially liked that Carewell offers text messaging as a means of contact. I love the quality of the overnight briefs. I tried a few other store brands and, after seeing a Carewell commercial (before that, I had never heard of Carewell), placed my first order. The material is stretchy, and they hold a lot of fluid. I feel at ease using them on my loved one and will not go back to the other brands for incontinence management. Ty

Carewell makes it possible to shop for what I need for supplies to care for my husband!! I used to have to shop and look in multiple stores to find sizes. Creams , gloves and wipes and it was expensive. AND the supplies are delivered when they say right to my door!

Carewell is so much better than my experience of Engoloid Medical LLC, which Amazon uses as a supplier). Orders are processed quickly and delivery is made as instructed (take a lesson Engoloid!)

Misleading Return Policy
Purchased 2 different sized adhesive bandages. Before purchasing, I reviewed the fine print to determine the return policy since I knew I wouldn’t keep both sizes - was unsure of the size needed. I also checked the exclusion list. Adhesive bandages ARE NOT listed on the exclusion list. When attempting to return them, I was told they’re an excluded item, yet they ARE NOT listed. I was told they’re categorized as a bio-hazard material. This is an UNOPENED BOX of INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED bandages - nothing missing since the box was never opened. In furtherance of their dishonesty, I was told it’s indicated at checkout that these bandages are a “final sale.” That is FALSE!! IN FACT, at checkout it states: “FREE RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS” with an asterisk pointing to exclusions. Bandages are not listed on the exclusion list and are not indicated as being a final sale. Instead I was advised, at Carewell’s discretion, that they have placed “bandages” in an ambiguous category of BIO-HAZARD MATERIAL??? If these bandages are biohazard, why isn’t it listed on the box??? THEY ARE UNUSED AND UNOPENED. It appears in categorizing this way, it provides Carewell the opportunity to rationalize the categorization of any item it sells.
BEWARE AND DO NOT PURCHASE FROM CAREWELL IF YOU ARE UNSURE WHETHER OR NOT YOU WILL KEEP THE ITEM. Their return policy is clearly MISLEADING. ALSO BEWARE OF SHIPPING CHARGES! You must pay shipping charges if your order doesn’t meet their $$$$ criteria.
Finally, I contacted McKesson, the manufacturer, and provided them with the item number - McKesson Item MFR - #466874. I was told this item is definitely NOT listed as biohazard material.

Misleading Autoship Promotion
Misleading Autoship Promotion and Refusal to Cancel an Unshipped Order
I find some of Carewell’s autoship practices misleading and unfair.
I received an email advertising a 30% autoship discount. I had already used an introductory autoship discount in the past, but since Carewell sent the offer to my account again, I reasonably believed I was eligible. I placed and paid for an autoship order through the promotional email, but no discount was applied. I decided not to pursue the issue at the time and moved on.
Unfortunately, I later forgot that autoship was still active. As soon as I received an “order received” email for the next shipment, I contacted live support within approximately 30 minutes. The order had not even shipped yet, but the representative claimed that it could not be canceled and that there was nothing they could do.
They then told me that I could simply refuse the packages. This response felt dismissive and unrealistic because delivery drivers normally leave packages at the door without waiting for the customer to personally accept or reject them.
In my experience, Carewell used a promotional email that did not provide the advertised discount, then refused to cancel an automatically generated order even though I contacted them almost immediately and before shipment. Their response showed no reasonable effort to resolve the situation.

I have used Carewell’s authorship program to send my mother monthly items. The Carewell team have always been very helpful and the deliveries on-time. If there was a delay (I think once), I was notified in advance. I also appreciated the text a few days before the shipment in case I needed the items earlier or later. They are a great provider! Carewell is the most trustworthy company I've dealt with online. Their Customer Service is quick to help and their word is good. My orders always arrive when I've been told they would. Today I needed to change a date for delivery as I did not need the product yet. Atb75 need computer help. Hsd not received a damaged or wrong order from farewell before so shocked when so many pads in all 4 bags marred n disfigured.
