Car and service was ok, but as the other reviews already state a lot of unexpected fees (airport fee not included, additional mandatory insurance etc)

No trust they, decive us 201 €
Carflex tell us no charges add but they charge 201 € new insurance when I have the insurance with Rentalcars, not have sense two insurance. I believed was a deposit. I complain to Rentalcars but they tell us Carflex no aswer

Bannissez cette société d'Escrocs et de Voleurs. Il vous en coûtera une fortune et des frais supplémentaires injustifiés qui vous seront débités par votre C.B. Mauvaise surprise à notre retour en FRANCE. Nous avions loué en préalable ce véhicule via RentalCars.com (299,44 € TTC) chez qui nous sommes très satisfaits et depuis des années.
CARFLEX en plus
Frais d'aéroport $ 1056 MXN
Gasoline $ 746,85 MXN (alors que de plein à plein)
Recuperacion $ 5280 MXN
Charges diverses $ 355,33 MXN mais avec une remise de $ 3908,44 MXN ! ! ! Merci CARFLEX
Aucune réponse à tous les mails envoyés....
Au final la note est très salée ! (comptez 20 MXN = 1 €)
Société PEU RECOMMANDABLE. Passez votre chemin où vous en ferez les frais à vos dépends !

Attention ! Ils vous font souscrire à des assurances que vous avez au préalable refusé ! Vous aurez de mauvaises surprises quand vous recevrez la facture par mail. Un conseil : allez voir ailleurs !

This guys are just thieves
This guys are just thieves! We booked a car online for 10days in Mexico and made a deposit to secure the car. We pickup the car at Carflex at Cancun airport and signed-up for an upgrade. We agreed on the new price that was stated on the rental agreement. When we check-out we received the final invoice with the same amount as showed on the rental agreement and the guy at the counter confirmed we will be debited the total amount less the initial deposit using the credit card they had on file when we did the security deposit . After few days we noticed they have debited the full amount as if we did not pay a deposit. We reach out to Carflex support team who politely told us that they will not refund the deposit and the case was closed.
Interestingly in our email exchange with Carflex, they provided to me a copy of the credit card payment with a signature that is not mine.
