Excellent Customer Service and prompt response.

While I appreciated the quick information and responses, by the time the loan closed, I had no information to log into my new account. I was told to look for the information, but no phone number to call if it didn't arrive. No reference number to update the insurance. The hand off should have been better. I was getting emails from Lending Tree for my title sign off, however,I didn't use lending tree. Was very weird.

The process to refinance my car was very straight forward and was set up exactly a needed. very nice experience considering that is my first time doing this kind of transactions.

Jamie and all the reps I spoke with were all very helpful and very timely throughout the entire process. I would recommend Caribou to anyone who needs to refi.

Eli and Jessica were so great through the whole process, they made our part easy to do, answered the questions that was throwed at them, so very glad I found yall, our note lowered 230 dollars and yall just dont know how much easier it made things for us, those 2 deserve the world, I will recommend yall to everyone!!!

Had a very smooth process during the entire refinance procedure. The agents that worked with me were very helpful and were very good at informing me of all of my available options.

Getting the initial call back took a little longer than I would have liked. But to be totally fair, they said it would take 3 business days, and it did. But once I got on the line with the rep and the loan officer, they were amazing to work with and secured a lower rate than I expected.

I’ve had many other companies offer to help with an auto refinance, but what they would offer was really not much of an improvement. Caribou made the refinancing process easy, fast, and checked every box I wanted to achieve. Great experience!

The response was fast and almost accurate all the time..When i got the contract paperwork all the numbers changed so be careful and go thru the numbers to make sure they didnt change them

Loan officer was never available. No one ever helped me, they just demanded I send them information without telling me anything about the loan, who it was going to be with etc. They then told me I needed a down payment 😂. When I am obviously refinancing for a reason. Then I find the offer is $10 less per week on my payment while ADDING $1500 to the amount I would owe. Trash company.

Really easy and they took the guess work out of refinancing my car.

They need to make all simplier and easy to understand, its been a frustration all along, and it took over 1 month for them to ask us to lower our car insurance deductible down from $2k,,,,,this besideds they only where giving me .30% lower rate than existing,,,,I just quited and DO NOT recommend this auto finance company and or network at all.
my wife and I worked hard to get and maintain our fico around 840 for years now, provided all documentation almost emediatly after request, for to get not even a .5% lower than ehat we are paying but we went for it because we were able to pick the 5 year term, this move helped us some but at the very end...they asked us to lower our insurance incident deductible even under $2k....we ALL know that our insurance premium would go up eroding our savings on this refinance move, these people is tricky but dumb because they don't make it easy nor fast enough to like.
