Company were very responsive whilst placing the order but regular updates were not forthcoming with details of delivery. I always had to contact them.

My EV was delivered 1st April 2026 but came without the important mechanical key which is required in emergency to access the car if the 12v battery fails or anything goes wrong with the electrical system.

Due to this I have had to restrict my journeys to local/short trips as I could end up being stranded and needing to be towed home.

I appreciate this is not directly their fault but they are the people I ordered the car through and the ones I have to communicate with as I have not idea who the dealer is that provided the car.

Initial email details and calls we straightforward. I needed the car asap and this was assured that it could be donw within a week after the finance documents were signed. I was not told this was from the dealship side, so there was a 2 week delay in getting the vehicle.
I was initally dealing with Bhav and he was kind, courteous and infromed, leading me through the process well.
I needed additional help and spoke to Vicky who was amazing, calling a contact at the dealership and getting things moving fast - thank you.
Overall 4/5 - Great company, easy to deal with - only feedback would be try and be clear on when the cooling off period is in relation to the process. Would highly recommend in the future.

Very impressed at the slick sign up, quick and easy online. Unfortunately not so impressed with delays in the new factory built car and communication of the issue. I can't blame them for the delay, but perhaps felt proactive communication could have been a bit better.

Pre delivery staff were super efficient and friendly.
I flagged up an issue with the car specification even though I accepted its delivery.
