Harry is very easy to deal with and made this process very smooth and had everything wrapped very quickly.

Shaun Clifford was my consultant and he was very,very good at his job, he was diligent,honest,intelligent and is great roll model for all other carloans.com employees, I will definitely use carloans.com again due to the great work of Shaun.

Very helpful, a bit expensive but they helped me at the best way, positive outcome at the end.

The conversation started well apparently ave rethinking was good to go until the consultant went for holiday without let me know.
I didn’t have another person to call. I had to contact my car consultant to help me. The car loan figures was wrong, my info on the car insurance as well.
Almost a disaster, I paid 900 dollars to fix mistakes.

Shaun made sure everything went smoothly. There were quite a few papers to be arranged, but once all was submitted, the approval process was a breeze.
I'll be happy to go with CarLoans.com in future.

Absolutely terrible customer service and communication post-settlement. Took a payment from my account after we’d repaid the loan, had to chase 3-4 times for a settlement figure, had to chase 5 times to gain an answer on why an additional payment has been taken and still no resolution or call back. Happy to engage with you when they take your business

It’s rare when you feel and then realise that your agent is actually working to get the very best for you. This is what happened with Shaun. He really did chase down the best product for me but made sure every area was addressed in quick time.

Hannah was excellent. She went above and beyond to help with approvals. Even chasing up the dealership. Couldn't have done a better job.

we commenced with Matt Carey who started fine but then became very difficult to get a hold of via phone and email. It took the submission of a complaint to get put onto someone else. This lead to us switching to Harry Connery who completed the finance without any problems. Harry did his job in a quick and professional manner, We would be happy to use Harry again.
