Its been my first time using CarLoans.com.au and im so happy to have chosen them. I dealt with two sales consultants throughout the process with Hannah being the greatest help updating me with every step and being so helpful. I would highly recommend using CarLoans.com.au.

I have used Carloans.com.au before and had no hesitation in re-engaging with them for this purchase. First contact to settlement was less than 24hrs, with Hannah keeping me updated at every step. I will definitely use them again for my next purchase.

Simple, cost effective, time saving. Second time I have used the service.

Had a amazing experience with Shaun, couldn't fault anything and he took care of everything in an timely manner and exceeded my expectations.

The whole process was very slow and frustrating, it took over 3 weeks to get everything settled and the lady helping me left the company in the process making it longer for me and more difficult. My experience was very unenjoyable, I came here because my mum did and she had a good experience however I would not recommend this company to my friends or family. The senior team memembers who stepped in when things went wrong were very helpful and I think they need to show the younger less experienced staff how to do things. I appreciate the help regardless of the experience and hope that staff are more on the ball for future clients.

Bryan was amazing, the whole process was easy and fast. I would definitely recommend Bryan for anyone looking to finance a car
